I made a purchase on feb 9th today is feb 14 and I still haven’t received the order. In a world where Amazon orders are received same day or next day this service is unacceptable. Bye Juul

Let me first say... I LOVE juul auto ship option.. but I recently came across this scenario that has been absolutely infuriating. Dec 31st I bought and moved into a new house. My auto ship was rejected at my old adress because I moved... quite understandable. The problem raised when I tried to update my address on the website. They can not confirm my new address on the public site they use... well duh.. I just purchased a new house, that will take a while, at least till my new adress is reported. The problem is... I can not cx my auto ship because I recieved a free new device they offered with the stipulation I agree to continuing my auto ship for 3 months. I now can't cx my auto ship.. nor can update my address. Customer service tells me they can help.. but the solution they offered was update address.. cant.. cx auto ship.. cant.. or pay a cx fee... or let the auto ship continue.. and just wait till it's returned for my refund.... this will happen basically till the end of time... cause I can't change my auto ship... maybe some one in corporate could work out a better solution... like really.. as a company not everything is cut and dry... please help with ideas... getting ready to cx my credit card just to stop this never ending merry-go-round

So I have a pile of about 30 juul devices that I’ve bought in the past few months and none of them work anymore! This becomes crazy expensive. The pods don’t last more than a few hours when it does work. Emailed juul directly and it’s a crazy process to get a refund or replacement, they need receipts and the exact location/gas station you bought from and other info. This is a wildly expensive vape for this reason.

Terrible customer service. Whenever I have a problem, be it device issues, order issues, etc. I have to go back and forth with them multiple times as they reply with the same unsatisfactory answer. They literally copy & paste their previous answer and issue never gets resolved. I'd give them minus stars if I could.

HORRIBLE… wasted so much money buying new packs and new devices thinking it would get better but they just keep leaking…so done with this product waste of time and money 👎

This product is a rip off!! The pods 95% of them leak out everything barely last a day. Sometimes you can get a hit sometimes you don’t. For a two pack of them for like 15.00 it’s sad. And forget the customer service for juul. That’s even more a joke. They request such stupid information. They want to know the store they were bought at and the time you bought them. Batch numbers, (understandable). Well here’s a list of what they want from you: What is the batch number of the affected JUULpods? The batch number is located on the back of the JUULpod packaging. It must be the information for all the packs, and in case more than 1 pack has the same batch, please let us know. What is the nicotine concentration of the affected JUULpods? All packs. Since you mentioned they are 5ml, could you be so kind as to confirm the exact nicotine concentration. What is the approximate date the JUULpods were purchased? All packs. What is the name of the retailer where you purchased the JUULpods, or did you buy it with us online? All packs. How many pods were leaking from each pack? What is the serial number of your JUUL device? The serial number is located on the back of your device, just below the JUUL logo. All packs. Are the JUULpods leaking in the package, into the device, or from the mouthpiece? Please describe as much details as possible. All packs. This is because you mentioned: "there would be liquid on the sides" Were you exposed to the JUULpod liquid? If so, did the liquid come into contact with your skin, mouth, or eyes? Provide as much detail regarding what occurred and if you were affected in any way. All packs. How did you store your pod prior to this issue occurring? All packs. Could you please be so kind as to confirm YOUR zip code? I answered all the information the best I could, and it still wasn’t good enough. Two different times I went through this with no resolve

I spent nearly $80 for this?!!! $40 for the device, and another $40 for the cartridges. Zero flavor; just a hint. Tiny baby cartridges. It was an all-around rip off.

Today I bought a jewel to try to quit smoking cigarettes. The pac said it had a device a USB docking charging docking and 2 pods, but it not have a docking station. I called customer service and they're basically told me I had to buy new one to get to charging station don't get Ripped off by this company It's not letting me do a Picture?

4 out of 4 pods will leak. (That's not a typo). 3 out of 4 pods just won't hit. Juul apparently wants you to drink the juice. 2 out of 4 pods will have leaked in the box. 1 out of 4 pods will occasionally give you the hot you expect. Stay away. It is a terrible product.

I won't buy juul again. Couple of times pods leaked and they don't last. 25.00 for a pack of two? is ridiculous.

A very poor level of customer service. Their menthol pods had no flavor and a stinky smell. They just offered me 10% off my next purchase after a long conversation over 30 minutes. Is this a joke? I was told that the pods don't come with a warranty. I am very disappointed with the quality of the pods!

Too many of their pods malfunction. A waste of money. I just bought a 2 pack, a d they leaked, and both pods are gone within a day and a half. I won't spend another dollar on juul.

Very poor customer service. Massive list of requirements to register a faulty product under warranty. Customer service simply disappeared, not answering emails. My guess is all replies are automated and there is little intention of ever resolving the problem. Having looked at their track record I see a massive amount of negative feedback.

I don't use juul, BUT bottom indisputable fact is that this is a nicotine product, yes, better than smoking cigarettes, however, nicotine is highly, highly addictive and causes various health issues. This is true in any person, any age, any century despite what anyone may make themselves believe from social media or any program on netflix. I am a physician and work in development. Nicotine is a problem in any form, period. Like it or not.
