“5 Stars for the tutor and 1 star for the website (service). You upgraded the website in the middle of the semester. Now my childs logon's no longer work and we can't get connected to our tutor. And you have her listed as a Kindergartener when she is a junior in high school. All of this occurred with no communication whatsoever to the parent/guardian of the student. Do better!”

Hi Julie, So sorry to hear about these issues you have experienced! We did update the website to add an upgraded guardian portal allowing for more guardian controls on the account and to manage sessions from a singular account. It looks like we were able to assist with getting you logged in, but we will have someone from our team follow-up with you again to gather any further feedback you'd like to provide and to discuss the issues you experienced.
