“I visited Karen Willis Holmes in Armadale have had the most amazing experience. From the moment I walked in the building, I was greeted by such warm and kind staff who had incredible knowledge of the gowns. The amazing staff listened to what I was looking for in a gown and helped me choose the beautiful Celine to be the dress for my big day. I couldn’t fault the experience I had and would recommend Karen Willis Holmes not only for the beautiful dresses that has something for everyone but the amazingly kind and caring staff who made the process so easy and positive.”

“Jazz & Siobhan made my experience so enjoyable! The team at the front desk were incredibly welcoming, offering us a water or prosecco straight away and allowing us to walk around and look at the dresses while we waited for our appointment. Jazz's enthusiasm and go-with-the-flow energy was exactly what I needed. I found the dress of my dreams and could not be happier or more excited to see the final product fitted to me!”

“I absolutely adored my KWH gown - i wore the lou lou Elizabeth and it was everything i dreamed of and more! I felt so confident in my gown and made me feel beautiful. The experience at KWH was exceptional and the reason i bought my gown. The entire team have been so lovely and amazing to work with. I thought i had found my dream dress somewhere else, but i hadn't had a great experience at the store - the moment i walked in to KWH and was greeted by Jazz i felt so loved - she was so excited, genuine and listened to me and what i liked in a gown. She was not rushed, poured the bubbles and my mum and i left on such a high i knew i was going to order a KWH gown. I went back the following weekend and decided on my dress and it was such a highlight of the entire wedding process. Whenever someone would call from KWH they were so lovely and genuine - the customer service is by far the best i have experienced. They are so accommodating! I decided half way through after seeing a new corset come out i needed to have it and changed my top - it wasn't out yet but the girls made it happen so i could have the perfect dress only a few months out from my wedding. Even through to my final fitting was such an amazing experience and i could not have been happier with my dress or the customer service. The team is genuinely so happy for you, don't rush you, let you try on everything and make the whole experience incredible. I could not recommend them enough! I am still on such a high from the whole experience.”

“The girls at the Brisbane store were so wonderful and helpful. Living rural I had to fly and choose my wedding dress just a few short months before my wedding. They put me in contact with a fantastic seamstress who could see me the same day and get alterations done in time for the wedding. The perry gown I chose was absolutely stunning and timeless and I felt like a literal princess on my wedding day. Cannot thank you guys enough!”

“I cannot recommend Karen Willis Holmes enough! From start to finish the process was far easier than I possibly could have imagined. The lovely ladies I dealt with at the Armadale Store - Ebony and Kim - were a dream team. Incredibly warm, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Exactly what you need! “This was my first ever bridal appointment and I am so glad that I went to KWH first!! Firstly, Ebony the lovely manager was able to get us into an earlier appointment after I emailed and turns out she was my stylist! Ebony was truly amazing!! She was so supportive and really understood what I was looking for in a dress and my desired look for the day. She took so much care and was a joy to have dress me. She made me feel very comfortable and really made the day. I ended up buying the Aubrey gown and it was great to know that I could customise the dress to what I want. Extremely happy!”
