I borght a shoe paying full price and the came in the box with stamp half price!! This is not a god of the site

I ordered and payed for socks at full price. They were sent with half price stickers on them and also a 2 for £12 sticker. I’m disappointed that a refund wasn’t offered.

Karrimor sell their products on their own website as well as Sports Direct. After placing my order on Karrimor site, which was at the full price, I discovered that it was half price on Sports Direct. I contacted customer services straight away to ask to pay the lower price. The responses indicated it was too late, implying that I needed to return the goods and reorder. How ridiculous. I feel badly treated, especially as I'm a very loyal customer.

The sandals ordered were delivered via sports direct. On arrival the box was marked as half price even though I paid full price. When looking at sports direct website the sandals were even cheaper than half the price I paid at £22. I contacted customer services and basically got the response - tough

I'm still waiting for my order, it's with Hermes but with the snow it hasn't arrived and I've heard nothing for 2 days, I wanted them for my holiday tomorrow so will probably be returning them to you. I know it's not your fault, but I'm very disappointed.

Sent me the clothes sound bit found a tag on them stating half price go on sports direct website and everything was half price on karrimor gear.

I paid 24.99 and it was 50 percent off to 12.99 but did not reflect in my payment 😕 And hence, I paid 12 pounds more.

Extremely unhappy. Paid over £100 for 3 items but when they were sent, the prices of all 3 items should have been 50% less! If you are going to try and rip customers off, at least have the common sense to remove price tags before sending!!

I was really disappointed by the ordering experience. Firstly part of my order was cancelled via email with no option to order a slightly similar product to be added to the same order. Secondly, the order came with the discount tags on saying how much I could have paid had i gone to sports direct... bit frustrating when i paid full price. Needless to say that i won't be using the Karrimor website again, or shopping from Sports Direct. Overall, very disappointing.

Wrong label on the item so the wrong colour was sent. Then I will have to pay for returning this item when I have already paid postage. Also I did not realise this was coming from sports direct or I would not have ordered. AS VERY POOR QUALITY. Also you cannot contact them direct so email which states please allow 5 days for reply or if busy may take longer.

Order failed to arrive even after paying for next day delivery. Courier service either went to the wrong address or lied about attempting to deliver them on two consecutive days.

Shopping here is a complete disaster. 9 days waiting to get answer from Customer Service and 14 to get my boots. No way to change an order, once it's placed. Now, I have to spent 1/4 of its value to return them.

I paid full price for my rucksack £34.99. I was appalled when it arrived with a big pink discount sticker saying it now cost £17.99. I have emailed to ask for the £17 difference to be refunded and am looking forward to getting confirmation of this. I had no idea when I used the website that Karrimor did not provide the rucksack, and that it would come from Sports Direct who clearly have a sale on. I will never bother with the Karrimor website again as I feel I have been cheated out of my hard earned money.

I paid £6.99 for next day delivery online shopping. Receiving emails out of stocks. Gone on holiday without them which I need to take with me. Order arrived at my address 2 days after. Don't shop with them, go else where which serve good customer service and free deliverly next day which I have done before with other company.o

Same wrong shoe sent twice! Original order was dated 26-Dec-17 Ref: KARR40000042599948. To date (19-Jan) still not resolved with Customer Service Sports Direct - Ref CAS-3310016-P5L0J0. Please refer to that CAS for details. I pray you honour your Mission Statement and now help me receive the shoes as advertised on your website - Mount Low VIII (in a size 7) and not the Mount Low VII as received....twice. I've also had to pay return postage due to the wrong delivery. Please email jcolpitts@optusnet.com.au or call 07 826 833 348 to resolve. I sincerely trust you as the Customer Service Manager will assist given my lack of response to date that has forced me to write this review. I hope you can indeed provide the very best service as you promote in your feedback request email titled "Survival of the fittest - were we up to scratch?". First experience of Karrimor has not started well. Apologies if this has been sent twice but given my frustration and my uncertainty as to whether the response was sent successfully, I decided to send again to ensure delivery. Thanks Julian Colpitts

Delivery was suppose to be Monday 15th. No delivery. Tracking says it is damaged. Emailed Karimor to enquire and no reply. No phone number to enquire. No idea what to do with the money spent with no items. Very disappointing

I am still waiting for an email back regarding a pair of faulty boots that I purchased. There is no invoice slip, just a sticker with a barcode on. Is that the return slip?

Did not receive order, contacted Karrimor and didn't hear back so charges for items i don't have! Theres no customer contact number and no response to emails, would not order again
