“I purchased a T shirt and a pair of short. The T shirt was great but the shorts have a gaping hole in one of the pockets and poor stitching. I purchased these shorts as i need pockets in shorts when running”

“walking shoes (size 11) smaller than previously bought (ordered on line due to previous experience over years so my size should fit!). Also walking sandals delivered not the sandals ordered - advertised with a soft sole but actually hard plastic. Price paid different to that on the box. Offered 'credit note' minus postage cost, despite unhappiness with the products (both) or having to post and apply for refund. all in all, 15 years buying Karrimor but likely last time. Principally quality reduced (size for one not accurate) and service purposefully obstructive.”

“Badly designed website coding not allowing for full use of drop-downs to select store to collect from. Upon entering the details manually, I was informed that I would not be receiving the £5.00 voucher because the address was entered manually. After a long wait on the phone and a terse email, I was assured that I would receive a voucher by email. I still await this. Also beware - Sports Direct will not refund monies sometimes even if the goods are faulty, opting to give you a voucher instead. This of course means they are investing your money through their banks whilst you decide what you want to do with it.”

“After previously buying a jacket from Karrimor, which was a large size and fitted me well, I ordered a K100 Tower Parka advertised in an email from Karrimor in their sale. The information stated that you should order your correct size as they were made to correct sizes so I ordered a large one. It was to small so I sent it back for a refund. I had to pay postage which was over£11 . I had also payed delivery charges of £4.99 . It's a mistake I won't make again !”

“The wrong jacket was sent to me. It had the same code as the jacket I ordered. I read your returns policy and it didn't look as if I would receive both delivery costs back, as it was a mistake by your warehouse staff. I can see why there would be a mistake with both jackets,having the same code. I have decided to keep the wrong jacket as I don't want to pay return postage.”

“So far, Poorly, unlike every other time I've used you. I cannot find single user friendly contact point to quickly get my delivery sorted, all noreply emails! My order ref no. is KARR40000037275478, My order has not yet been delivered. The Hermes tracking service indicates, delivery was attempted 3 times on 4/07/17. And to contact you. No attempt to contact me has been made.. Can you request them to leave it in the porch of delivery address, on next delivery attempt, like every other delivery I've had from you. “Customer Complaint 1) www.customercomplaintsorg )2 Karrimor. " My complaint is re SportsDirect one of your outlets. I bought Karrimor walking trousers XXL and they fit loose/well. So I then ordered from SportsDirect two marino tee shitrs XXXL ( both fine) and a pair of shorts HotrockshortSn73marine XXL. These shorts are labelled incorrectly as the waist is a full 4" or 10 Cm shorter than the Karrimor XXL walking trousers. I can barely get them above my knees. Rather than help with sorting out the problem Sports direct are giving me the run-around saying I need to send them a photo. I have suggested that they already know perfectly well what an XXL label looks like but have not heard from them since. If one is labelled wrongly, then you might have s batch of them. “Nothing wrong with the product but the delivery was not as advertised. Ordered overnight delivery and paid the extra charges but received product after two days. Should not offer a service which cannot be delivered,,,, spoils the customer experience and takes away from what is otherwise a good product.”

“Well a couple of things actually. 1) the webpage i bought from was about 15mins out of date, i say that because when i logged back in the prices had dropped on the 2 dri fit zip tops. 2) you are asking me for my opinion on a subject that is not concluded, as yet i have to receive the email telling me i can collect my order. All in all not too happy and as this will get filed in the trash bin i've no idea why i am filling it in, maybe just to feel less angry.”

“Don't get me wrong, I love Karrimor products but the thing I am most disappointed in is - I paid for post & packaging, it states delivery is 5 - 7 days which was perfect as the shoes & jacket was for my husbands birthday but unfortunately they took 9 days to arrive! Guess who was the only family member to give my husband nothing on his actual birthday??!! Bad job Karrimor!”

“The cotton wasn't sew properly anywhere on the jacket I've bought. I'm going to return the item because the size is big and with the opportunity, I hope the next cloth will be properly stitched.”
