“I purchased a pair of gloves for £13.99 plus postage of £4.99. On the packaging there was a half price sticker showing £13.99 crossed out with a new price of £6.99! It was only then that I realised I was really dealing with Sports Direct! I went to my local SP direct and found the exact same gloves for £6.99! RIP off or what?”

“I have just received the 3 pairs of Karrimoor socks ordered. I paid £13.99 each for the two pairs of ladies socks, and £15.99 for the single pair of mens socks. Total with postage £48.96p On the ladies socks I was astonished to see large stickers saying two pairs for £10. On the mens socks equally a sticker saying Mega Value £8. Please see attached picture. On this basis I should have been charged £18 plus postage rather than £43.97 plus postage. I feel I have been overcharged by £25.97p. i emailed customer service on Monday and have had no response. i feel let down by both the overcharging and the failure to even acknowledge my email.”

“I ordered the item from the Karrimor website and paid the advertised price of £79.99 plus postage. The item arrived after several days and was clearly sourced from Sportsdirect. The fixed labelling on the product shows the price of £39.99. I'm still waiting for refund and despite approaching Customer Services twice, I've heard nothing. This is a disgraceful sales practice and I will approach Citizens Advice unless I receive a fast confirmation of the required refund.”

“I am quite pleased by the product and the delivery arrangements. However my pleasure was completely destroyed when within each of the (there were two) plastic bags there was a 50% off label giving the price of the two items bought as £19.99 each whereas I paid £39.99 for each item. I do not expect to pay the full price on line whereas in a shop they are half price.”

“I paid £81 on the Karrimor website for a pair of boots for my son. They arrived in a tatty box from ‘sports direct’ with a huge discount sticker on them box marking them down to £37.50 and had clearly been out of the box and tried on by someone Feel totally ripped off”

“I bought two pieces, one shirt and one jacket. The shipping was on time and the tracking was effective. When the goods arrived both had a "50% discounted price" tag on them with the tag of full price (I paid). At least send the goods without the tag of 50% discounted price on them...is not fair and I didn't appreciate this.”

“I will never order again from this company.I ordered the karrimor 3in1 jacket catalogue code 443532/78/470 at a price of £109.99plus delivery £4.99. Jacket arrived & we were horrified,as a large sale sticker is attatched to it with £54.99.Am absolutely furious. I have e.mailed customer service twice& they haven't had the decency to reply. Will be checking with my bank as to the amount been charged then approaching trading standards.The jacket was ordered in good faith from karrimor only to discover it has been supplied by a third party where the reduced price label is very evident!.”

“My local Sports Direct had no shoe laces in stock, so I was forced to buy off the Karimoor website. One pair of shoelaces cost £3.99 + £6.99 post and packing, which is outrageous for something which would have fitted in a C5 envelope and cost 58p second class post. The packing - I kid you not - was an enormous unnecessary plastic bag about 50cm x 50cm. Ridiculous. To add injury to insult, the shoelaces were labelled "70% off - £1.29", so I reckon Karrimor owe me £2.70p. Avoid buying on the website if you can. I've learnt my lesson.”

“The sandals are great. However I was charged £39.99 and when the sandals arrived there was a very large label on the box that said they had 50% off and cost £19.99. Not impressed! Contacted Karrimor who claimed it had been an earlier sale price - but I noticed that all the emails and correspondence and the information on the sandal's box itself said Sports Direct so I checked on Sports Direct website and sure enough there were the sandals at the sale price. BE WARNED do not but direct from Karrimor - the order is fulfilled by Sports Direct and if you go to their website to buy your product it may well be a lot cheaper!”

“The product was good (although a little smaller than I had expected) but arrived with a sale tag attached telling me the product was on sale and the new price was 50% off...I had paid the full price. I emailed customer services to query this and was told that this was my tough luck, the price on the website was correct at the time and the sale may have been happening locally at the shop who stocked the delivery. I think this is poor customer service and will be returning the item. Nice to know Karrimor value a few extra pounds over customer service.”

“Received an item that I paid full price for which had a 50%reduction tag inside stating sale price £7.99 whilst I paid £14.99 also paid £4.99 postage for Hermes courier who promptly left my item in my wheelie bin 🗑 will not use you again suggest in the interest of customer satisfaction you refund me at the very least the postage cost and preferably the difference between the price I paid and the sale price stated on the price tag inside the bag the item came in”

“Can't fault delivery but the quality of product is very poor and 'cheap'. I anticipated a back pack of similar quality to the one I bought some years ago and has served me well and am hugely disappointed. It's cheap with poor quality zips and toggles and I cannot imagine it will stand up to much! In addition, it was delivered from Sports Direct with a 50% off label and a price tag saying I should have paid half of what I did pay for it; very poor sales style! I can't contact Karrimor nor will Sports Direct answer their phone as I would like to return it to SD near where I live rather than send it back. Won't be using your company again and it is seems misleading to me to approach Karrimor and be sent something by Sports Direct which is a shop I choose not to use! One less customer...”
