“I have decided to do couch to 5k to get me through the Coronavirus lockdown. My old trainers have seen better days so I decided to invest in some new ones. I placed my order on Friday afternoon and by mid morning on Saturday my new trainers had arrived, just in time for run number 1, they are really light and incredibly comfortable, thank you Karrimor, great job!”

“Would have scored 5 stars for the trainers having had them previously. Marked down two stars because the trainers were delivered in a box proudly announcing they were half price. I had paid the full price and customer service refused to honour the discount. Obviously within their rights, but not a positive experience to feel you have effectively been fleeced.”

“I paid£39:99 for a backpack from Karrimor.com upon receipt it had been sent via Sports Direct and it had a price tag of £19:99. Try as I might to contact either company, I could not find a telephone number for them, neither did they respond to emails. I feel conned”

“I really like Karrimor stuff. But this has been a bad purchasing experience. I ordered 2 for 1 which included £5 postage. One was out of stock, so they revised the order to 1 + £5 postage. I emailed them to say "just send me any two from the range". They said "no" and despatched the order. This is unacceptable customer service on two counts - firstly a failure to understand that adjusting an order to a customer's disadvantage is poor, and secondly, dealing curtly and wrongly with the customer when they write to suggest a solution. Poor job, Karrimor.”

“Jacket is fine. Very disappointed that I paid £79.99 and it came with pink label attached which said £39.99. Had great difficulty in finding any contact phone. Not happy about this. Full price was deducted from my account.”
