To date(7th April) the sandals have not arrived. I have checked with neighbours & they have not been delivered to any of them. Please advise me as to where they are. Thank you Vivienne Richatdson

Hi, Thank you for your review. According to the couriers the order was delivered on the 05/04/17 at 09:45 signed at the address. If you still cannot locate this please contact cs@sportsdirect.com. Kind regards SD

Ordered a bag on Thursday night with next day delivery (it was late in the day so effectively Friday) so we expected it to arrive on Saturday. It arrived on Tuesday.

I was asked to write this review by Karrimor. Normally I would try to say nice things when writing my review. In this case, as I havent received my order yet, I am finding it hard to be positive. If and when my order arrives, I'm sure I will love the things I have ordered. Overall, I think it would be a good idea to wait until the customers have their orders, before pestering them for a review. Today, I have been asked to revise the review as my (non delivery) issue has been resolved acccording to Karrimor Well, actually I still dont have my order, so the review still stands. I must say I am getting a tad annoyed with Karrimor. This is the second time they have asked me to write a review, without bothering to see I have received the goods first. AS my hero Homer would say 'DOH!'

The boots were uncomfortable so I took them to Sports Direct and chose another pair of Karrimor boots which were more expensive (even though online they show as cheaper than the boots I had ordered). I exchanged them but felt I was overpaying for both delivery and the cost of the boots.

The size description of the coat my wife ordered was completely untrue. She is a size 16, but the size 18, called XXL, she ordered was far too narrow. And a coat described as "long" which does not come down to the knees is wrongly described.

received 2 pairs of sandals - one pair looks as if they have already been worn!! no proper packaging in box or labels!!! Very unhappy - awaiting response from customer services! Pair that looked worn actually cost £10 more - why ??

I felt the size guide was a bit misleading. Ordered xl trouser which match your size guide but they were way too tight. Feel aggrieved that you have no free return policy. And I emailed on Sunday asking about if there's another delivery charge if I ask for an exchange and still not had a reply.

Otrzymałem kurtkę z klipsem zabezpieczającym przed kradzieza. Klips zapewne uszkodził membramę. Nie wiem jak go zdjąć.:)

Hi, Very sorry to hear this. Please could you provide a clear image of this? Also any retailer within Poland can remove for you as the tag is not designed just for our stores. If you are able to have removed I will issue a postage refund of £5.00. Kind regards Karrimor

I was very pleased that the package arrived so quickly however when I opened it I realized that the down Jacket was ripped and the other one had an unpleasant color ... to return the ripped jacket I have to pay for the curier myself which I find rather unacceptable give it is your fault.

I ordered a GREEN 3 in 1 jacket (i.e. two parts - fleece liner and waterproof outer.) Only the fleece liner arrived, and it was grey, not green. The items are too large (which isn't your fault) but I have no faith in your returns process and it's going to cost me a fair amount in postage. Why can't I return items directly to a Sports Direct store?

I have owned a pair of Karrimor Border shoes in more or less daily use for the past 5 years - only wanted to replace them with same now as tread a bit worn on these very well made & comfortable shoes. So I ordered 2 new pairs of Border shoes from Karrimor direct on net at a great price reduction. On arrival, both were in tatty boxes with screwed up tissue - so either been returned before or tried on many times in shop ( + minor dust marks from dirty floor ) but worst of all - very poor stitching on one pair - virtually torn or badly joined tongue . Not impressed at poor quality control or fact that dispatcher just chucked them in the bag without checking the contents. If I were running it someone would get a rocket.

The coats are always of very good quality. I do a lot of walking and need to be able to trust my clothing. The disappointing factor is that although the coats last a very long time, the double zips don't. I had to order a new coat because the zip broke on mine and the bill for repairing it will be £20! I think you should bring back metal zips.
