My parcel hasn't arrived.

I've not received my parcel. Tracked delivery with Hermes and it says that on 13/12/17 it was requested that the parcel should be returned. I'm not sure who has asked for that as it wasn't me! I waited in for the parcel to be delivered and it never arrived.

Parcel not delivered. I tried to contact Karrimor. They told me it was picked up by the courier. I contacted the courier, they told me they cant help me and to contact Karrimor. Both Karrimor and Courier websites very unhelpful. I've wasted hours of my time on this and nobody is helping me. If it remains unresolved I'll have to make a formal complaint and try to reverse the transaction.

Your website reported an error on my order so I placed another order. The second order displayed an order confirmation number. I then received two emails telling me my order was successful. I imediately emailed to cancel the first order, I also looked on the website for a customer services number, there is none. I am still waiting to hear back from you. I don't expect to pay delivery or collection charges for an issue with your website, which is what your returns procedure suggests. Email: bsheard@Gmail.com Phone: 01604 859116

I would loved to have tried out the product but instead of footwear size 12 I received a Nike sweatshirt age 3-4

Ordered karrimor backpack plus jacket and voucher from sportsdirect. Had email saying backpack currently unavailable. Absolutely no further word about the rest of the order. Reordered same backpack from karrimor and magically it was said to be available. Delivery by myhermes supposed to be yesterday. Stayed in all day but no delivery. Checked emails at 7.15 pm. Tracking advice said delivery had been attempted??!! Had live chat after waiting ages in queue. Apparently "access was restricted". We had indeed had snow in village but other deliveries were being made and delivery person could have parked on village lane and walked the few yards to our house. Gave live chat person 3 phone numbers so that when delivery next tried, we can be rung and if need be meet the van on the lane. Said I was happy for parcel to be left in our greenhouse but was told a signature was needed. One neighbour on a cruise, the other in a wheelchair and we cannot possibly stay in all the time just in case a delivery eventually comes. Backpack from karrimor AND backpack from sportsdirect have both been charged for and I paid £4.99 postage twice. No sign of either one or the rest of my grandson's Christmas present. Really disappointed with karrimor, myhermes and sportsdirect. Internet lists many many complaints about myhermes. Why use them?

Order not delivered -- delivered to courier 4 days ago, but not delivered to us yet. UPDATE: now find out that order has been returned to sender -- still undelivered!!

I ordered a rucksack from you on Friday 8th December and paid next day delivery. It is now 11th Dec and I have still not received it. The curriers said they tried to deliver it but we were in all day. I am now finding it difficult to track it down or contact anyone by phone. Please help me to sort this out.

Just very angry that I believed I was buying through Karrimor and find that it is Sorts Direct which I wouldn't shop with if I had known!!

paid 13.33 for express delivery 1-2 days, not received on time. no customer service or terrible customer service which ignored me. now i want refund money what i paid for express delivery.

I ordered my two pairs of leggings and was sent a confirmation email and then later an email that stated the items had been delivered and signed for by me. I was not in the Flat at the time and there was no one else in. The neighbours do not have the parcel. I then notified Hermes and yourselves but have heard nothing back.

Poorly manufactured and not worth the money. Excessive down leaking from seems and through the material. Coat exchanged and exactly the same so this was not an isolated case. Shocked to hear that the Karrimor name is now owned/operated by Sports Direct since the company's demise in 2004 and leads me to believe, on the basis of my recent experience, the brand quality may have been compromised. I would probably not purchase Karrimor again because of this dissapointing experience. Such a shame as I have always selected Karrimor for their quality workmanship and durability.

I was very disappointed to pay £36.98 for this product and then to find a Sports Direct label attached to it showing a price of £29.99 on it - I feel I have been completely misled. I could have bought directly from my local store.

I keep receiving e-mails regarding an order for someone with the same name as me but a totally different address. There was no way of replyi g to the e-mails to inform you

I can't really review Karrimor itself but rather your distributor 'sports direct' though I suppose that was arranged through your website. I swear, though I cannot prove, that when I placed my order it was for the size I am, namely women's size 10, small. However when my order confirmation came through it was for size 14, large, which I am not. I am pretty sure that the order just defaulted to what was remaining in stock. It's frustrating not being able to change an order, though I do understand that, but then there is no contact phone number on your website which is even more frustrating. So I received an item I didn't want and I had to pay the postage to return it. Yes I would have liked the correct size but after this experience I didn't dare try. CH

I paid extra charges to get delivery soon . Delivery was supposed to be done on Saturday but today is Tuesday and I haven't yet got the delivery.
