“Payed for next day delivery and it didn't get here for 3 days. Was way to big and cost me 11 pound to send back. Hense 2 stars.”

“I had order a pair of shoes and a rucksack. The rucksack was out of stock and then you cancelled this item of the order and you sent the pair of shoes. I had no opportunity to look for a rucksack that was available. Consequently, I have to order another rucksack and pay two times the delivery to Germany.”

“I bought my last Karrimor rucky about 10 years ago and it was good class. Only received this product yesterday so can't give it a real review but it does feel cheap and less well made than previous product. I guess it is what I should have expected now that Karrimor has been taken over by ChavsDirect”

“Size guide is not good. I use a 22 size so I asked for it. Huge !!!! I want to exchange and I am not sure if I need 18 or 20 I live in Europe out of England and I have to pay a International delivery and a return via registered post”

“I paid 4.99 for delivery to sports direct, picked the trainers up and when I got home I found two different trainers in the box. One trainer was also dirty. I now don't have the running shoes I need for next week and will not get a refund until I have returned the trainers. I also have to pay for return postage at my own cost so I am paying around £10 for someone else's mistake and being inconvenienced as well. The box should have been properly checked. I love Karrimor products but I would be reluctant to buy online again after this experience”

“I ordered some leggings online which when they arrived turned out to be sized very small (I am always size 8/10, I ordered size 10 to be safe but the karrimor size 10 was tiny!). I am going to send them back to be swapped for a larger size but have been disappointed to realise that I have to pay for the return postage myself via Royal Mail recorded delivery which will probably be quite expensive. Having already paid £5 postage on an £11 item for the initial delivery (which wont be refunded!), I am very dissatisfied. Will I even have to pay postage AGAIN to get a larger size delivered!? This is ridiculous as the item was very badly sized - I consider this a fault with the product but I the customer am having to pay MORE than the value of the item in postage for this fault. Most other online stores offer free returns/exchanges - Karrimor needs to get with the times and offer this too, otherwise I certainly wont be buying from them again and will discourage everyone from doing the same.”

“I ordered a rucksack from Karrimor without realising a family member had already purchased the one I was looking for. I found this out before my order had even been processed so I contacted karrimor requesting the order to be cancelled, my order gwad then been processed which, again I requested a cancellation but the customer service advisor said it was too late as it had been picked up by the courier. It wasn't too late when I wanted to cancel in the first place as the order hadn't been processed! This meant I had 2 of the same rucksack and an inconvenience having to return one. The rucksack itself is fine but I won't be ordering from them again.”

“Bags is good, although one of the zip cords fell off on the first trip. Delivery was poor, paying for next day delivery should be the next day, not 2 days! It missed the trip.”

“The shoes were stained so bad that I had to take them back to my nearest shop which is seven miles away which caused me great inconvenience. Luckily they had a replacement pair. Surely these should have been checked before they were sent out.”

“Delivery was fine, the product was a bit disappointing. I bought the Karrimor Urban jacket. The zips on the side pockets have toggles to aid the person using them but the zips on the chest pockets don't have toggles and are very small. A person in poor weather would likely to be wearing gloves would find the zips almost impossible to use.”

“I paid for next day postage , ordered and received confirmation before 7pm . Stayed in all the next day and nothing came. Items arrived the day after. Have sent several emails and just getting a standard reply instead of reading my email.”

“Item great, however paid for next day delivery, did not arrive until 2 days later. Emails to Karrimor re refund of delivery charge so far ignored & no telephone number anywhere to be found. Bad customer service.”
