“On the 7th of September, I made an order for a Karrimor Urban 30 ruc 00 Sulphur for delivery to Milan, Italy. I gave clear and full delivery instructions to my office building that has a porter. Bartolini the associate courier of DPD said they could not deliver as in adequate address this is not true, they also had my mobile phone number. I have contacted repeatedly Bartolini to get the parcel delivered, they say Karrimor have to approve this, Karrimor customer service just sends out computer generated replies and no authorization occurs. Karrimor is a great British brand that is let down, I am very saddened by the poor/non-existent customer service of this Sports Direct brand.”

“I ordered the Urban 30 rucksack to replace my daughters previous urban 30. The measurements on the website matched the previous rucksack, but the one which arrived was at least 2 inches smaller vertically & 1 inch narrower. No customer service number to ring and only pre-set questions on the ‘contact us’ so called help page. I have sent it back but have been charged postage both for delivery and return. I will not be ordering from Karrimor again. Very poor customer service and incorrect info for the product :(”

“Im order arrived. When I opened it I found that the invoice showed the price as stated on your website, however, both packs of socks had reduced stickers on them. Both were reduced from £11.99 to £5.99. As well as this there was also stickers which stated that they were 2 packs for £9, making them even cheaper that the reduced price! If this had been reflected on my invoice and the difference been refunded to my PayPal account I may not feel so ripped off. I bought these in good faith for my son for your website and it no point expected them to actually come from Sports Direct, as this was not made obvious on your website.”

“May I suggest next time you remove the heavily reduced SportsDirect labels from your clothing before posting. My son was horrified to find out he could have got the same clothes for 65 pound from SportsDirect instead of the 189 pound Karrimor charged. Needless to say we sent the whole lot back and we’re quite offended by the labelling taking us for a mug. Having been ripped off before my son will only use original legitimate websites such as yours, only to find heavily increased prices from what is available in other stores.”

“I purchased a pair of Mount Low Ladies walking shoes on 6th August . (KARR40000059070546) The price on the box was £32.99 - I paid £64.99! I looked into returning them but unlike for example Clarks online you charge for returns I decided not to bother, as I had already paid postage and would have to pay postage to Amazon for another pair. I will not buy from you ever again, however.”

“When I received my order it had a price tag on it showing 50% off the purchase price, £19.99. However, I had been charged the full advertised price. I think this is an absolute nerve and will not shop with Karrimor again or recommend it to anyone.”

“Appalling. Trainers cost £44.95 online at Karrimor website. Arrived in box with that price scratched out and a sale sticker showing actual price of £22.99 Contacted customer service and they have refused to refund. the difference. Said the sale had ended and I was sent the wrong box When I then replied by sending a link to the sports direct website (they own Karrimor) where it was still on sale, they refused to respond. First and last Karrimor purchase. Avoid.”

“This is the second Karrimor bag I have bought as it is a great product. However I was extremely annoyed to find that after paying full price for the product, it arrived with a price tag of half price on it for £17.99!! I tried to contact both Karrimor and sports direct and both websites make it impossible to complain!! Thankfully the opportunity has arisen through this...”

“I have brought karrimor walking trainers for many years but the last pair I brought while on holiday in the Lake District lasted 2 weeks then the sole came away. I didn’t realise Sports Direct own karrimore this is probably why I can’t get any help. The reply I had was take them back to the shop which is 300 miles away. Really unhelpful company.”

“Have no idea! When they finally arrive I'll tell you. £ 5.99 postage and it's been a week unless of course your making money out of this as well. Royal mail would have cost half of this and I would have got them next day!!!!! Very poor for a brand like Karrimor, perhaps it should be Karryless!!??”
