Painfully slow service for delivery and dont get me started on the refund..... 3 months waiting for a refund for returned goods , returned exactly as instructed with proof that parcel was returned to the required destination. Automated emails , the same response response to mynumerous enquiries - still awaiting confirmation from their warehouse even though I reveived confirmation from Aust Post that items were delivered. Don't waste time/ money on Mosaic brands - disorganised or just plain thieves?? Wish I had read reviews before I purchased from them .......”

I ordered late Feb and have not received them. Being patient I emailed them and queried ETD. I keep getting auto-generated replies saying it’s at the ‘Help desk’.

“Would have to be the worst shop experience of my life , like others on here waited weeks and weeks for orders to arrive, some goods still outstanding from November last year, did returns as required by them , paid for I might add and have not received refunds, I to get multiple automated messages, some late st night , I’ve made several personal phone calls, and was told refunds would be in my account in 24 hours twice in two weeks now , still nothing, I have even emailed Mosaic Brands directly with no response. I’m astonished that this could be going on in Australia. Something needs to be done about this company. I wish I had read reviews before I purchased. Whatever you do shop elsewhere, I certainly will.”
