“Within minutes of returning off the Shuttle from a lovely relaxing long weekend in France, we found ourselves in the nightmare situation of being marooned on the hard shoulder of the M20, when our car lost power without warning. Lewis (GF103) was soon on the scene and calmly but efficiently went about the business of trying to resolve the problem and get us and our vehicle to a safer place. Although ultimately unable to make an immediate roadside repair due to the complexities of the problem which will require full garage attention/facilities, we and our car were then promptly transported up country by Lewis to Newport Pagnell where a courtesy car awaited for the remainder of our journey home. Lewis's calmness, positivity and general good nature turned what started out a negative experience with the initial breakdown into something much more bearable. In short, a top ambassador for the company!”

“Your breakdown lorries keep using spiny lane in aylesham where your depot is this lane is a 6’6. This morning at 5.08am I met one of your lorries on the way to work on the corner in the lane and lost a wing mirror. This is not the first time I have met one of your lorries in this lane. I will be reporting this as your lorry has cost me money now”

“I had a flat battery that needed replacing and kavanaugh Motors arrived in about ten minutes (rather than the hour they first promised). Patrick, my engineer did an amazingly efficient job of changing the battery in no time at all and I was on my way. Great service!”

“The gearbox on my very heavy SUV failed in the middle of a narrow through road. Jammed in park, car could not be pushed and engine would not start. Kavanagh attended within an hour with a low loader as requested and got it off to the dealership as quickly as possible. Special shout out to Peter who was exceptional in his service, lovely guy and couldn't have been better to deal with when we were in a fairly stressful situation and diverting traffic. Thank you and absolutely recommended.”

“Visited today by Muhid GF158 on a breakdown callout. He arrived at the time he prior advised and was extremely polite, knowledgeable and was soon able to find the problem with my vehicle and get me back on the road. Contact with the control centre was also very efficient and good to have a call back for feedback 10 out of 10 for customer service.”

“Car Reg LS15 VWC Tony/Ko20 Excellent response time-under 1 hour for flat tyre. This gentleman was outstanding in attempting to get me mobile again, which he did and followed me to the garage. Outstanding service and the gentleman was extremely polite and informative.”
