“The gearbox on my very heavy SUV failed in the middle of a narrow through road. Jammed in park, car could not be pushed and engine would not start. Kavanagh attended within an hour with a low loader as requested and got it off to the dealership as quickly as possible. Special shout out to Peter who was exceptional in his service, lovely guy and couldn't have been better to deal with when we were in a fairly stressful situation and diverting traffic. Thank you and absolutely recommended.”

“I was rescued by Muhid (GF158) last cold rainy Saturday morning, I am well kept informed regarding his ETA. and pleased with his quick diagnostics and repaired my car. He is polite and humble well recommended this chap.”

“Visited today by Muhid GF158 on a breakdown callout. He arrived at the time he prior advised and was extremely polite, knowledgeable and was soon able to find the problem with my vehicle and get me back on the road. Contact with the control centre was also very efficient and good to have a call back for feedback 10 out of 10 for customer service.”

“Car Reg LS15 VWC Tony/Ko20 Excellent response time-under 1 hour for flat tyre. This gentleman was outstanding in attempting to get me mobile again, which he did and followed me to the garage. Outstanding service and the gentleman was extremely polite and informative.”

“Cris GF106 arrived at my home in Folkestone in good time to continue the recovery which had started the previous day as the repair garage was closed in the evening. Cris did a thorough check of the fuel tank and engine which would not start and kept me informed of everything he was doing. He tried very hard to start the engine but concluded it was likely to be a fuel pump failure. He then carefully put my car onto the tow rope and towed it about 3 miles to the repair garage. This whole process was difficult for him as there was no working engine so much pushing was required including parking at the garage on a slope without engine power. Chris explained the problem to me and completed a form for me that I could show to the garage. I am now waiting for the garage to complete the work. I am most grateful to Cris for his hard work.”
