“Extremely slow service!
Ordered for pick up at Willoughby store Thursday morning.
Thursday afternoon, since I had had no confirmation … phoned & Helga told me order had been received, would take 24 hours and they would text me when available for pick up.
Following Tuesday I called in to Willoughby as I still had not heard from them. They still didn’t have the order but offered same day delivery (Wednesday) to my home at Sans Souci.
Wednesday I received a phone call to say that Willoughby had the order but the courier could not deliver until Thursday.
As I was going away that Thursday I had to go & pick up the order so that I could secure the premises before my departure.
Why so long when the item was, “in stock”.”

For example, a small product that could easily have been sent by post - gets transported from NSW to VIC and then to TAS. I could actually have purchased the same product at a local store but chose to shop with Keeler. The actual time expected for delivery was not shown when I shopped online. All I saw was the product was in stock and ready to ship immediately. Yet I waited 13 days for delivery, which was far too long for a product.”

The order was placed on the 14th Nov - Tuesday - dispatched 20th Nov - Monday - our standard lead time is 3-5 business days before the order is dispatched.
