“Terrible service. Ordered online…didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks. Followed up to be told that handles I ordered were no longer available. Asked what was available and ordered different ones. Waited another 10 days to be told that those handles were now not available. Then told it was a mistake and they were available only to be told another 2 days later that they actually weren’t available. Got a refund, but over 5 weeks later and I still don’t have any handles.”
“The product purchased was not keyed alike as advertised on your web site. I was very disappointed. According to the product as advertised, it was suppose to be keyed alike. All the locks came with different keys. We have three different lots of keys for three deadbolt locks. It can be confusing if you put the incorrect key into the wrong deadbolt lock. Had to mark each key, to ensure the correct key goes into the right lock. Will be going to a proper locksmith next time.”

“Very very poor. Definitely would not recommend to family and friends and in fact would go a step further and actively suggest they avoid your services.
All products were delayed in arrival. On two occasions we were advised we could pick up our items, my wife, with two newborns (twins) attended to pick up, on both occasions some items were available and others were not. The lack of supply meant our joinery was delayed and therefore completion of the house. This subsequently forced us into having to find further temporary accommodation at a significant cost.
All in all, seriously disappointed and if i had my time again i would be doing anything in my power to not use your services.”
