Of the 4 magnets we purchased 2 have shattered during general handling prior to install . We have not opened other 2 as would not install such a poor product. Please contact me to discuss refund Regards Jeff Beaton

Jonathan Angelakos at Keeler provided great in-store assistance helping me work out suitable options for slightly complicated door handle retrofitting in place of old door knobs. He went the extra mile to check latch measurements, finish options, which likely saved me unnecessary extra locksmith callouts with initial door handles I had picked out and already paid for. The refund process for the latter was also trouble-free. Highly recommend Keeler in-store staff at Willoughby.

It's ironic that Keeler is asking for a review. I am still waiting for both the overdue order I made, and a reply to my message on Monday. They're only indoor sliders so I suppose I can move into the house without them. If Keeler doesn't intend to fill the order they could at least offer the money back. MAKE IT 6 STARS I had a small problem due to confusion over an order I placed. I expected not to be able to return the order, or at least to perhaps have a bit of an argument. I did not approach the discussion with any aggro. The response to my problem was wrm, friendly and helpful: I still feel good about the experiance. Sometime later I returned with a query; once again I was attended to with warm politeness and efficient service. Normally I don't respond to requests for a 'review', however I am delighted to be able to give this positive feedback. Well done Keeler team. Allan.
