The cardboard box of 6 x 750ml wine was left down the front of the property IN THE SUN, despite my requesting that it be left on the front porch, which is undercover. This is unacceptable. “I ordered a box of x 6 Lehmann F. Sommier Ariane 72cl glasses. On arrival, one had a flaw in the base. I wrote to Kent Street Cellars with images attached and received a reply from Adam asking what would be a good outcome. I replied saying that a replacement glass would be appropriate. I have tried unsuccessfully to follow up to find out what the outcome of the issue might be, with no further response. Please let me know the status quo. Many thanks
