“Upon arrival at KES we were greeted by several members of staff who asked about our requirements. We were offered a cup of tea which was very welcome as we had travelled from Cheltenham and were shown round the showroom. We were then left to browse at our own leisure. KES have a fantastic range of lights and we found just what we wanted. From start to finish the service was very professional and friendly and even though it is quite a trek to KES for us, we will definitely visit again due to the service we were given.”

“The lights are fine and look very nice. However, I did ask before purchasing whether the bulbs were replaceable, to which KES replied that they were. However, I discovered after delivery that the whole LED light, not just the bulb needs to be replaced if it fails. This will be very difficult as the connector is up inside the main box and also I am concerned whether the replacement lights will be available when needed in the future. Any comments please to nozbig@hotmail.com should anyone actually read this.”

“KES lighting was a pleasure to work with. They delivered their product safely and on time from the UK to the US. The communication regarding delivery was excellent. Stephen from KES even emailed to follow up after delivery to ensure that I received the product and was satisfied. KES carries excellent brands and, if I ever need light fixtures in the future, I will be sure to visit their site first.”

“The lantern I needed was out of stock with suppliers but KES had one on display in the showroom, they took it off display at which point the daily courier arrived, so they asked him to wait while they wrapped it and it was delivered 18hrs from my phone call! Now that is what I call good service! thanks :)”
