“Very good service.Initially wall lights out of stock but they arrived promptly when back in.Customer service very helpful throughout including a quick response when one of the glass shades was broken on arrival. Very pleased with purchase.”

“The lights are of the highest quality I've seen. We purchased a job lot for our new home. Only downside was that we had to wait a quite few weeks for new stock, but worth the wait.”

“Anne was extremely helpful and we were delighted with the product. Our only concern was the sheer volume of packaging that housed our light fitting. It literally took two hours to unwrap the fitting and careful prepare all the cardboard, bubble wrap and polystyrene for recycling and rubbish collection. The packaging was eight times the size of the fitting and contained enough plastic and polystyrene to wipe out a small pod of whales. Otherwise, extremely happy with the service. “products seem good took a while to arrive although the packaging was as if they were display models and stuffed into boxes with loads of newspaper. will review properly when my electrician has put light on the outside walls”

Hi Vanessa, thank you very much for the feedback. With these lanterns, as they have panels of glass in, we do open them up and add more packaging just to ensure they aren't broken in transit. I hope you are happy with them once they are up. Thank you for your order.

“Showed all options. Opened door to us when clearly refurbishing the showroom. Products were as good as shown in brochures. Will use the shop again in the future. Pleasant staff.”

“Delivery was prompt with good options to deliver to my home or local shop and well packed. Prices are reasonable. Instructions are a little vague but fairly easy to work out. Did email me offering help if needed. Would definitely buy from them again.”
