“I had bought 3 outside lighting units from KES a few years ago & sadly I recently snapped off the base of one of them when cutting down a tree in my garden. Anne & Steve at KES were superb as they sourced a new base for me from the original manufacturers - thank you & what great service from a nice company - use them!”

“Happy because of the product and the personal care! I have one tip though, please do not wrap the products with the paper shreds. I have to get the vacuum cleaner to make the floor clean again ;)”

“Their web-site is very well laid out. I found exactly what I needed (even if I didn't know what I wanted initially). The price was extremely competitive and the service truly excellent. What more can I say, other than that I would highly recommend KES Lighting with complete confidence. Oh yes, I forgot; they even follow up the delivery to make sure the customer is completely satisfied!”

“I recently bought a number of Class 2 light fittings from the KES Electrical shop in Bedworth. The girls in the shop were extremely efficient,helpful and friendly. It is so nice to receive personal service in this day and age and would recommend them to everyone.”

“I am extremely impressed with the service received from Kes and in particular Megan in the sales department. I only placed the order on Sunday and first thing Monday had an order acknowledgement. I then received a call from Megan regarding delivery and she kindly arranged it for when I asked. Great service- thank you. Mike Hebron.”

“Such impeccable, expedient service makes me wish I had more lighting needs. The quality of my light lived up to the highest expectations. I had the unfortunate experience of a breakage, my fault, and the staff at KES went above and beyond the call of duty to remedy the situation. The best internet site/shop I have used so far!”

“KES were completely on the ball regards service - they couldn't have done more and I felt completely supported by them. Sadly the Diyas Aston 4 light wasn't manufactured properly and wasn't square but this was only obvious after we'd spent 1 to 2 hours fitting the light and the final task was inserting the glass. At that point the glass wouldn't sit correctly. I decided that the 3-5mm it was out wasn't worth the effort of taking it down, re-packaging, returning, waiting for a new one, hoping the new one didn't have the same problem, booking the electrician again and then paying for the electrician's time again. So well done & thanks re service but I would urge KES to take this up with the manufacturer.”

“I ordered a Mantra Desk Lamp and a Mantra Ceiling Light by telephone. The service was excellent and the lights arrived the next day. Unfortunately the desk lamp had a little damage, once again the service was excellent and a replacement arrived the next day and an arrangement made for me to hand the faulty one to the courier. I recommend this company and I will certainly use them again in the future.”
