“Very fast delivery and email sent from company checking everything was OK. As the light are not actually going to be fitted for a month or so, was told to get back to them if there were any problems then. Impressive.”

“We have just had our lighting project completed from KES Lighting which is absolutely superb. The knowledge & expertise on all the products of Anne McKenna was absolutely outstanding & her customer care exemplary. It's a pleasure to work with such a customer focused company - this is present in all the staff at KES - everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable & go out of their way to provide a high quality of service. I would recommend this company with its great products, competitive pricing & superb people when ever the opportunity arises. Many many thanks to everyone we have worked with at KES for your care & support & especially to Anne for completely understanding our needs and delighting us repeatedly either with advise or solving a problem - nothing was too much trouble for Anne.”

“Found my perfect outside light very modern and very different to the usual ones you find in the DIY stores, the whole experience from choosing to paying to delivery was extremely professional and friendly they even emailed me after I took delivery of the light to make sure I was happy!! I would highly recommend this company and wish that all the companies I deal with had this high level of customer care/ service.thank you”

“We ordered some wall lights from here. Communication was quickly followed by the company. Unfortunately, there had been a mistake on their behalf which they politely apologised for and offered us compensation. Of course this was gratefully appreciated. Delivery was speedy and I was kept in the loop from the start. I would use the company again.”

“Outstanding quality in both product and service!! Ordered Vado lighting with K9 crystals. Arrived promptly and in mint condition. Excuse the pun but the light has lit up the place with a touch of glamour. Will be using and recommending in future. “Knew the product I wanted and this was the best price I could find, so I ordered on line. Immediate acknowledgement and dispatch very very quickly. Had the light fitting within 36 hours! Well packed and with absolutely no damage. Follow up communication to make sure I ha received the fitting and that everything was good with it. Excellent service.”
