Customer service is a joke ! Contacted 2 1/2 months before warranty was up , they said they sent replacement lid because lid was warped . I received a long piece of metal instead . They burnt enough time up to go past warranty . Keter sent me 15.00 for product pro rated ! They can stick the 15.00 up there a&$ !!! WTH

I am very disappointed in the product. I bought 3 planters and before I could even touch two of the three one leg totally snapped. I sent an email to Keter on 10/5 and on 10/7 received a response saying that within 5 to 10 days I would receive a replacement leg. Now I am on 10/26 and I call the customer service number and the guy tells me that they sent me an email (which I never received) saying that the replacement part (one leg) is extremely delayed. I have put plants in two of these planters and they are telling me NOW to return them. I do not understand what kind of customer service garbage this is. Someone could have called me or emailed me and the guy just did TODAY 10/26. Bunch of garbage. DO NOT BUY

Not well made at all. Way overpriced at Lowes. Won’t buy anything from them again. I can make due with it,very disappointed with this product. Probably cost 20.00 to manufacture. Pieces were broke. Buyer beware!

I purchased “composite” Adirondack chairs from the Keter company sold by Walmart. One lasted 2 months and broke where the armrest connected to the back. I realized that they were PLASTIC not composite so I let it go. When another chair broke in the same spot I decided to call Keter company. They told me to take pics and send them in. I did but they kept saying they didn’t receive them. After the fifth time, I received an email telling me to take them back where I bought them and have a nice day. Just another ploy not to take responsibility for the cheaply made products that cost a lot. STAY AWAY!!!!!! Don’t do what I did.

My son bought one and he is not a DIYer and put it up himself in under 3 hours. My daughter bought one the same and asked if I could help. After starting at lunch time, we had to stop 5 hours later as ran out of light. The parts do not line up correctly, the panels are too small, and the next day took us another 6 hours and even then, the door does not close or fit to the frame. I cannot see where the quality control is to this. With a lot of homemade adjustment, I got it all together although the door still won't fit the frame so I will have to trim the plastic to get it to fit. Totally disappointed. If I knew it was going to be like this, I would have bought a wooden shed instead. I would rather have to treat it annually than have this which looks a bit odd.

Bought adirondack chair sept 4. assembled sept 5. Lifted up by arms to move in yard Arm broke off and back cracked sept 6. Called company to replace and contacted online. Never responded. Sent receipt and pictures. Called again. Said they will not honor warranty.

I purchased a Keter 120 gal deck box from a third-party on Amazon. It had clearly been a return because there was strawberry jelly on pieces of a box. There was no hardware and no instructions. I called Keter customer service to inquire about purchasing the hardware. I spoke with someone who told me that the hardware was out of stock but that he would go ahead and order it for me free of charge. He warned me that it could take up to three months to get the hardware. I was impressed at that time since I hadn’t purchased the box from them and the seller was no longer selling through Amazon and would not answer any of the inquiries. I was emailed the missing instructions that day. I received the hardware less than a week later. I think their customer service was fantastic. I think I spoke to someone named George.

This company is nothing but a scam I ordered a shed it never came and now they are scamming me out of my money and won’t give me a refund. Tried to get my money back thru my bank Chase they sent Chase phony papers and now chase won’t give me my money back. Chase bank believes Keeter sheds over me. I strongly suggest do not do any business with keter sheds they are a scam business!!!!!!! Chase bank does not stand behind their customers!!!!!!

i bought a outside two door container with lift able roof. and it warped and bent after three days outside. plus one of the doors warped, it was scratched on arrival with a small chip on underside of base. complete utter rubbish, and i am having issues getting a refund, because the seller says they don't warp. WRONG. stay well clear of this company.

Came with damaged lid and 2 of the same part and missing another part. Customer service was awful. Finally got to a supervisor who was equally unhelpful. Ultimately that would not stand behind their product and said I would have to take it to the store I purchased it from (I ordered online). Getting ready to start that process. I will never buy a Keter brand product again.

I purchased a 165 gallon deck storage from Sam's and it was missing 2 parts. When I called their number I was told they would mail the missing parts in 7-10 days. Then after several days was told too return it to Sam's club. It was a cumbersome item and the return was difficult. When I returned it I saw that they had several Keter items being returned.

Their customer service is a complete joke ! Totally ignorant automated response. They state "do not goods return to retailer" (B&Q) contact keter themselves. After a month of chasing faulty manufactured parts I have now got TWO case numbers BUT NO RESOLUTION. DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANY.

Received a keter shed 2 weeks ago, i had ordered from Argos. I phoned Keter asking why they had 2 boxes on the package but only one delivered. They told me Argos packaged it! Argos deny this! Inside the package is half a shed. Do not trust either Argos or Keter. Am stuck with this very expensive half shed. Getting nowhere. Sainsburys are the Customer service and for a week kept telling me it was all in the one package. They are all just money mad with not one ounce of professionalism between them. There are at least 61 parts missing (not including the small parts which may or may not be there), the fitter had seen enough & wasnt going to open the tiny parts. There is a bent metal pole in the box too. How do i get service from anyone on this matter, when you all blame each other? I note that several others are having the same problems and Keter are not responding. Can someone help me please?

After waiting on hold for 35 minutes I tried to explain that the parts list was showing different part numbers. The representative stopped talking to me and I finally hung up. Buy from another manufacturer or have it built. No PD or YX on parts list.

I am currently having the worst experience ever with Keter and their customer service. I bought a shed from this company at The Home Depot and hired some contractors to demolish the old shed and assemble the one from Keter. On May 20, while unboxing the new shed, the contractors realized that there's a part missing in the box. That itself was already a hassle but we understand that problems can happen so we proceed with contacting the company. My wife called Keter right away and explained the situation to a customer service representative. After 1h or so on the phone (it usually takes at least 30+ minutes for someone to answer the phone, not to mention when the call hangs up before someone answers it), my wife said the agent seemed confused but gave her a case number and 5 to 10 business days for the part to arrive . On June 3, after 10 business days, the part had not arrived and I called to follow up. The agent who I spoke with said that, not only the first agent had not taken proper notes on the missing part (she didn't even take note on the shed model) but also had registered our home address as a place in Quebec (I am in Guelph ON just about 865km distant ) , which means that our case had never been addressed for the first 2 weeks , a total mess. This agent said that he had updated our address in the system and sent a note to the warehouse to ship us the part ASAP and, for the second time, gave me 5 to 10 business days for the part to arrive. Insane. Monday, June 13, in the morning, I called Keter one more time since the part had not arrived yet and I was not fully convinced that it had been shipped. The agent this time said it had been shipped and gave me a FedEx tracking number, which I checked while with him on the phone. The part had really been shipped on June 7 , but guess where it is going to? Quebec. I just could not believe it. (Screenshot below). He then opened a new case now assuring that the address was correct now and , for the third time in 3 weeks I head 5 to 10 business days wait . 😠 I asked the agent to speak with a supervisor since this became unsustainable and I understand the company should compensate me for the inconvenience plus the fact that I'll have to get my contractor again for another day to finish the job since this was totally unexpected. I was put on hold for some more minutes until the agent told me the supervisor was "in a meeting" and was gonna call me back. Didn't hear back from them on Monday and tried on Tuesday , unsuccessfully, to call them for many times until I gave up, the call was never answered or got dropped. I have a job and my time is highly valuable to deal with Keter's waiting time (see call logs below). Totally disrespectful with the customer. Wednesday June 14, I finally managed to speak with them, the same agent who had answered me on Monday picked the call again this time, he remembered of the case and put me again on hold to speak with a supervisor, he came back and said again that I'd get a call yesterday from the supervisor or from himself this morning for follow up . Have you guys got a call from them ? Neither had I. This is unacceptable. We're almost halfway into summer, my old shed is demolished, my garden stuff is packed in my garage, I can't make proper use of my backyard and nobody from Keter cared to call me back not even to follow up. Terrible company to deal with, worst and most disrespectful customer service possible ever. Run away from this company if you want to avoid headaches. One more failed attempt on Friday June 17

Purchased an expensive storage shed and it came with a broken hinge. Have left multiple messages for the company and have been on hold for customer service multiple times with no answer or response. It is impossible to contact anybody for service. Completely unacceptable business practices.

Six of a possible eight hinges on our two Keter storage units broke nearly immediately. When I contacted Keter it took me nearly a year (yes, a year) to get an actually informative response as to how to replace the hinges. Unfortunately, the answer I got from the customer service representative was “your boxes are a very old product line, and we aren’t in the business of selling replacement parts. Maybe try to find different hinges at Home Depot”. It appears the company went downhill after being purchased by a PE firm in 2016.

bought the box at sam's in lexington and got home half the parts were missing and called the company and finally got through on the phone and they mailed us the parts and some of them were missing. emailed them and still have not heard anything back.
