“Just bought a 7x7 shed at Costco. I contacted customer service after noticing one of the windows was scratched and scuffed. I was told I have to jump through hoops and fill out a customer service form, take pictures and send them as well as show proof of purchase. Then and only then would they consider sending you another window which would take 7-14 days. Gee thanks Keter. I really appreciate the ease and efficiency of getting a damaged part replaced right in the middle of building the damned thing. I’ve had Chinese built items I purchased through Amazon respond 10x better. And were willing to ship the missing or damaged part immediately. Never again Keter.”
“An entire set of hardware was missing; hinges, plastic grommets, necessary screws. Could not complete the assembly and the process for requesting these parts is VERY cumbersome. You’d think they’d make this easy since they’ve already inconvenienced their customer. How hard is it for them to apply some quality assurance procedures to make sure that their customers are getting all the necessary parts and pieces that they’ve paid for??? Pathetic business practice really. Explains their horrible ratings.”
“Cabinet for nearly $400 was a ripoff the back of the cabinet is made out of cardboard piece of sh-t could have bought a metal one for this price f- you keter”
“Ordered 6 cabinets for garage. Three of the six packages were short on parts so I used what I could to complete as many units as possible. I was lucky enough to get five completed. After waiting nearly a half hour for customer service I pleaded my case and received parts within 5 days. Unfortunately, due to my mistake I neglected to include two missing doors in my original request. Again I waited nearly half hour and explained my mistake. They said they would send out doors right away. I waited 7 days and called again for update. They had not shipped but would do so in three days. That would have been 10 days. It has been 25 days now and no doors. Will not call and wait on phone for another half hour...will go to plan B. Cabinets are flimsy, shelves sag with minimal weight, door handles pull away from mounting hardware and customer service reps lie. Just my experience...take your chances if you must.”
“Bought a shed at Home Depot. The shed was installed in September. After all the snow melted we noticed that one of the doors was cracked. Keter product therefore they were advised by Home Depot and advised by Keter that they would be in contact with us after 2 day. To date we have not been contacted by the company going on 2 weeks now. I guess they don't care about client's dissatisfaction with there product.
Very disappointed.”
