I just get tired over the problems with synking the Keto-Mojo to the app. It says that it measure data in the future but the date and time and country were just right, it was not in the future. And this problem only occurs early in the mornings. And because of that i used up a lot of expensive sticks Many. many conversations with the support but they couldnt solve the problem. I get tired of that and quit the conversation. Now i am not using the Keto-mojo before 7 in the morning, it looks that this is the problem. But the support sucks!

i bought two units a while back. i tried to use them and everything was expired. i ordered new test strips and solution and though it tests ok. my readings are very off. i sent information on the vin number of the test strips and no response. so i have all this money invested in something that doesnt work.

I opened only one box of strips ... there were only 55 strips in the box: 11 of 5 ea. I ordered several boxes but only opened one... the one I am using. My last order, the same thing happened. No, I am not going to take pictures. I am tired of this nonsense.

Worst customer service I have ever received from any business as you make doing business hard for your customers when there is a valid concern.

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I was bounced around between three different customer service representatives, including the shipping manager, and no one had the right answer one asked me for it if I want to ship, and the other asked me for a refund when I asked for a reshoot, they just proceeded to just issue a refund.

i have a problem with my meter. talked to Ken, sent him the info he requested. it's been almost three weeks and havnt heard from him since. Very disappointed!!

Terrible customer service. Called left message. Got a recorded call back 3 days later. No resolution to my problems with the meter. HORRIBLE! save your money.

I bought a new batch of glucose strips because I was getting readings that were off by a lot compared to another meter. I intermittent fast daily so this is how I knew something was off, after receiving these new strips I’m still getting poor readings, leading me to believe that the meter is the issue. The things is still fairly new and lightly used, so I’m not sure why this is happening. I tried reaching out to the customer support and they are not exactly helpful, they are asking a lot of questions and never followed up. These devices are not cheap so I expect more from them. At least fix the thing.

I cannot use this so since I cannot return it (seal broken) it’s in the trash. Directions are vague and so small I can’t read them or see the illustrations. Why such small print? Device did not work. It didn’t soak up my blood droplet. Super sipper - ridiculous. Videos too vague and guy talks too fast and of course everything g worked perfectly for him because he knows how to do it. Very disappointed in your device and company!

if i could give a lower score i would .... this is too difficult to operate and you do not do returns...very disceptive company. i was in business for over 30 years and i would never have not let someone return an item. Really not reputable. below you say how did i find the return process... you do not allow returns after the package has been opened??? and that is when the customer can see how impossible it is to operate. Since i have still never used it Will you let me return??? if yes i will immediately. still never used.

Meter does not sync with the Android app... Successful sync 1 out of 10 times, maybe. Tech Support response is fast, but have never provided a solution.

Can not find test strips for my keto mojo meter. Ordered the only ones you sell. Appears to be for a newer model. Because they do not work in my meter.

I have found the meter and test strips easy to use, except for getting them out of the foil packet. I wish they could come in a tube like (some?) glucose test strips do. The app was a challenge at first, but we seem to be getting along fine now.

The worse thing i ever bought. The sync does not work, it says that i sm neasuring in the future but i am not. You have to buy 4 timmes sticks until the Mojo measure. Businnes idea?

I’ve been using keto mojo testers for years now and have never had a problem. I’ve recommended them repeatedly to my friends and people who ask me about the keto diet. Then, the last batch of glucose strips I bought started giving me faulty reads. In the 9 years I have been testing my glucose and been in a keto diet as well as fasting, I have never had a reading in the 100s, but this batch of test strips kept coming up 120 something or close to that. I would retest and it would be normal for me like 70-80 something. Sometimes I would have to test three or four times before I got a norma low reading and all the numbers were different. I expected to reach out and have someone from your team suggest that there must be something wrong with that batch and offer to replace it. I mean, I figured it would mean more to Keto Mojo to keep satisfied customers than to tell me “hey, it happens sometimes, sorry” like I was told. I felt unheard and unappreciated as a loyal customer. It would cost you a few dollars to send me a new box of BG test strips and cost you nothing to say, “hey, I’m sorry that happened…we know your money is valuable and it must be frustrating feeling like you are wasting costly strips on invalid tests.” I’m really disappointed in the entire interaction.
