Already having am account the app didn’t recognize me. I asked for help and they help me to create a new account. The data disappeared but my device has it but it doesn’t sync old data. Every time I open the app it’s not logged in and erases all data. I can’t see averages neither trends nothing except the one just taken. I am very frustrated.

Its been nine days and I still haven't received my order. You should stop using DHL. I don't even have an update via DHL tracking to indicate where my order is except it says "en route". I've been fasting and keto mojo helps keep me fasting. I had to break my fast not having the strips to provide data to help me stay focused and motivated.

The new meter is fine. Like many customers, I was angry to have to spend so much money on another model when the first model worked just fine. But I need to be able to test my blood regularly. The second model of the meter works just like the first model - but the test strips are supremely frustrating. 1) The strips are very challenging to tear open. I have to use scissors; but I'm not often testing in a place where scissors are handy. 2) The strips are super hard to remove from the packaging in such a way as to keep the end of the strip untouched. 3) I am am trying to improve my health (which affects my dexterity) and the strips are keeping me from using the meter properly and with ease. It makes me cranky every time I have to test. 4) I wonder if customers with joint damage or arthritis would be able to access the strips at all. 4) The former packaging of the strips (in the canisters) seemed less impactful on the environment. In short, please package the strips in a more accessable way.

The free ground service took FOREVER! Ordered 1/21 received 2/14. This is an area for improvement. I believe they lost track of the order, because I received 2 complete orders upon delivery. Not sure if this was intentional but it was a nice fix. I’d rather get my order more timely.

My Dr recommended Keto Mojo over the breath based KetoScan lite I've been using. Far and away this is the most difficult blood meter I've ever used. Hard to open the individually wrapped strips. I went through three trying to get a successful blood and ketone reading and these are the most expensive test strips I've tried. It's about a dollar a test. A DOLLAR per test. I test my bs several times throughout a day. The keto scan lite costs about a nickel per test. The app is nice and the GKI calculation is cool. But frankly, this product will go in my desk drawer only to be pulled out when my Keto Scan reading is above 40 (which happened once, which is why my Doctor had me get the Keto-Mojo that he trusts more). The bs reading was 87 and my accuchek was 99. Close enough. The keto scan breath reading anbd the keto-mojo both indicated I wasn't currenlty in ketosis. This is only one reading to compare, but that one reading cost me $3 because of the multiple attempts to get the Keto-Mojo to "sip" up the blood drop.

To many bells and whistles. You can’t even talk to a human during setup. I wouldn’t recommend this meter.

I was disappointed to be forced into buying a 3rd meter due to the strips no longer being available. Also the packaging for the new strips are difficult for me to easily open.

I did not receive the Keto-Mojo because the address stamped on the packet was not full. I tried to contact the Ketomojo team to no avail. Maybe this could be seen here. Im still without it Thank you

This new meter isn’t consistent like the old one used to be.I’ve gotten different blood sugar results everyday. I can go from 75 blood sugar to a 50 right after each other. I’m very disappointed in this product and would not recommend this meter.

I love the monitor. My issue is I ordered an extra box of ketosis testing strips and a box of glucose testing strips. I received TWO boxes of keto testing strips. I emailed the company to correct your error and a week later I have no response. As a result, I have stopped fasting as I could not test my glucose and I had major symptoms of hypoglycemia. Not happy !

Lancer was defective, when reaching out for replacement or refund, I explained what was wrong. Wanted me to take a video of it not working? I’m not going to make a video with a device that is not working trying to get it to stab me. If it doesn’t poke me the right when I’m trying to use it I’m not going to keep messing with it. I’m not going to chance is to start randomly working or worse yet working but incorrectly. I’m not tripping over something that costs a couple bucks though, don’t have time for all that.

The delivery of the purchase was very quick. After that one is supposed to make use of the on-line videos in order to set up the device and get started. The videos are nice, but they are build in the way, in which one don’t have any opportunity to raise questions about the basic functionality of the device. At the end - there is no such a place, which address those basic customer questions. The very basic questions as: how do you reset your device; change an alarm settings; manage/delete your device-recorded measurements etc. I have to learn it through the my own try-and-fail experience that there is no such device functions and that should be done in a primitive way of getting the batteries out of the device and loosing all of its records! After experiencing that i understood that the way the customer support information is provided is constructed on purpose, in order for a customer not to be exposed to the “downsides” of the system right away. Moreover, the company is doing kind of review screening, where the customer is asked to write to the customer support before giving away any review, which is less than 5 stars. I did exactly that and have listed all the device and software troubles i have, in a letter to customer support and hold-on my review waiting for the answer. Needless to say that for around 2 weeks now i did not get any answer from the customer support.. As the luck of answer is the worse customer experience one can have, i am only willing to evaluate my overall customer experience as a 2 stars one.

I think the product is very high quality, regardless, I think "all of a sudden" i realized I can't buy any more strips because my meter was discontinued. Since I like this product, I ordered the new glucometer several days ago. Surprice! I have not receive it yet. I guess it might be delivery. I see if I order this product again!
