I just reported that, after buying glucose strips many times, one of the three boxes I ordered was short by four pieces. Also, what made me count was that rather than full strips of five, there were strips of 2 and 3 in all of the boxes. The representative wanted me to lay all 3 boxes out and photograph them so they could be counted! Already spent time counting and then writing to explain. She explained that they had to ask for videos to troubleshoot??? Anyway, just dropped it and didn't accept a refund.

I was accostomed to Accu-check mobile for glucose measurement ... there is from 10 to 15% difference in value results between keto-mojo and accu-check mobile... anyway, in the future i'd a news version of keto-mojo with no single use disposables system but a rolling system like accu check mobile ...thank you

I just got my new keto mojo because the first one I purchased a few years ago is obsolete. I could not buy strips to go in it, so I was forced to purchase the NEW device. I am happy with it, just the cost of the test strips are a bit to swallow. If you did all that the instructions tell you to do, you will use up your test strips fast. At $1 a strip, I will spend up to $6 a day for testing. I hope Keto-Mojo comes up with a device that can be placed on the skin and just use an app to see where your blood glucose, ketones both are.

I am having problems. I have to sync my machine to my phone every day to download my numbers. I am part of Dr. Lisa Weidman ketosis group for the month of May and I have not been able to connect to her link so she can see my numbers. I

I wish the strips were in a canister instead of these foil packets. Folks like me with arthritis in the hands have problems tearing these open. I was told a couple of years ago they were going to be made easier to open. But it hasn't happened yet.

While the product itself seems adequate, customer service is less than ideal. It took days to get a response and a phone call was deemed inconvenient. When the phone call finally came in, it was handled decently. However, when it went back to emailed responses, my questions were dodged and NOT answered and the representative went on repeat of all the items I already understood from the phone call. I wasted hours of my time with the back-and-forth emails. The product instructions are quite involved and led to wasting a lot and I mean a lot of strips. Come to find out the strips were poorly made and not drawing up the blood sample on many occasions and giving errors which led to more waste. I took a video and was told I was doing it correctly, so no resolve there. For the wasted time and the poorly made strips, I was given $5 for the hassle. A bit insulting since I was helping you all figure out the problems with your product and I still do not have any answers.

The device is great. I love the new features. I don’t like the stops being in separate packets. They’re hard to open and harder to get out.

I wish there was a better view of trends. Lacks the functionality I'd like to see overall change.

The device is easy enough to use, the bluetooth is the issue. Despite having bluetooth on and device in range, I've only been able to see my readings through the app twice. Bummer.

The meter works well and fast, the app does not work well. Especially calculations do not go well. This also reported including screenshots etc. to support and they would look at this, unfortunately no feedback. There is definitely something to improve here!

Overall satified with product, only complaint is one pack of the ketone strips are going to expire in a few months.

I use keto mojo strips for measuring ketones daily. I was disappointed that the expiration date for the strips was 3 mos after the date i rec’d them.

Makes no sense that a user needs to have an account with the app and the store. Just more to set up.

All in all, I am liking the process - this is my first experience with tracking serum ketones. A couple of things - The foil packets are very hard to open. I find I need scissors and that's inconvenient. Also, the strips are pretty pricey. A bargain, perhaps, compared to having lab work, but more expensive than the brand of glucose strips I was using previously. Reordering the strips got a little wonky - there seemed to be different options available depending on how I got to the "store" but eventually everything worked out. The shipping was quick, thank you. The thing most disconcerting to me is how two tests performed within a minute of each other can give results that vary by ten or more points. I experiment sometimes comparing your monitor with my old glucose-only device and am not entirely surprised by what seems like a significant difference, but why does this happen with tests done both on the KM device?

I like the app interface Great, but the monitor unit itself has several very annoying ill-conceived, seemingly very basic issues that are making me want to sell my unit as used and seek another option for the ketone readings, despite how much I like the app. The port for the tabs should face the same way as the read read-out screen— it's awkward and feels stupid to have to turn the meter around back and forth to apply blood samples to the tabs and then be able to read the results. The location of the power button on the top of the unit is very poor placement because the unit gets turned on constantly when it's it's in it's case and gets bumped or squeezed- which happens in any travel bag. I have to remove a battery to travel with it. The volume of blood needed for a read is *huge* compared to other modern glucometers requiring a lot of finger-milking to yield enough blood to study the meter. The tabs are expensive comparatively and environmentally wasteful to be individually wrapped with no alternative to purchase in bulk canisters, which I feel are also easier and more convenient to handle, rather than having to rip apart and then dispose of each test strip package. The case is very poorly designed and ill-fit. There's no small zipped net compartment to contain the used tabs (they are medical waste and not supposed to be simply tossed in regular garbage cans- so not having a place to put them means must users will just throw them out anywhere. There's no band (often a clear plastic strap) to secure the monitor in place in the case so it doesn't slide around, and no elastic band to secure the lancet pen. The case does not seem custom-designed for it's purpose, but as though a flimsy generic rectangle zip case larger that it should be was stamped with the logo. It doesn't actually provide any organization or sufficient protection for the contents. These things are very disappointing for the price-point. The Free-Style Lite glucometer is infinitely more convenient, smaller, requires MUCH less blood (thus less finger tissue damage and discomfort), is easier to handle, uses test strips that are significantly easier to handle and apply the blood drop into, functions easily in a dark situation- like a movie theatre, and comes with a well designed organized case that can be tossed in any travel bag without a second thought. Whoever was responsible for designing these parts of your meter completely lacked actual end user experience and didn't bother to research it.
