“Our initial order was misdelivered. We emailed to KM absolute proof of that fact. Albeit the fault clearly was USPS, as agent for DHL which in turn is the agent for KM. To us the responsibility fell to KM for our considerable inconvenience and extra expenses incurred. Albeit KM was courteous & quick to respond, we nonetheless had to "work our butts off" to KM to get fair consideration for our wasted time and EXPENSE. KM did send an extra box of glucose strips, which never even covered our time & energy wasted "pleading our case" to KM to at keast double our replacement order as partial compensation. It was the principle. In addition to our wasted time in our several emails to KM we were out of test strips whereby the delay caused us to get tested at Quest Diagnostics. We have the receipts. That cost alone exceeded the cost of our KM order. #1: We are a long time high useage customer, usualy thru Amazon. Even if AMZN had misdeliverred they would have replaced by the next day, hence no Quest lab costs to us. We did not do a very low rating on KM on line, but we should. On principle KM still needs to at least send us double our order to make it right - "penny wise pound foolish". So now I gave KM another 1/2 hr. of my valuable time in this survey. Wow how dumb am I ! Simply screwed by KM, Thanks?”

“The products overall work great. Massive amounts of information on their website. I'm a little disappointed in customer service. I’ve had issues registering for the warranty so I emailed customer service. That was about two weeks ago with no reply. Big red flag with me. Still no reply at the time of this review.”

“Your strip packages are difficult to open. Also, the calibration fluid prcedure is confusing. It reads high tyhan previous strips but what Can i do to make sure I am getting correct readeing.”

“I wish the glucose and ketone strips were easier to open- i have to use scissors each time; also, the wait for delivery was way too long and i had to make an extra order to be sure to have enough on hand once they arrived. And have a 2 week supply on hand when making the next order. Also, in case I have missed it, does the keto. -Mojo give me monthly averages somewhere?”

“I’m glad for this monitor . I can see what foods keep me in keto. I purchased the starter kit. It would be nice if they could at least include alcohol wipes in it. It’s not a cheap kit so why not? Also, I’m not sure that my reading on glucose is accurate it was 7 mg/dL lower than my glucose monitor, making me seem as if I measure hypoglycemic, but I felt fine. I did test with the solution provided, I’m not sure about my numbers though. I also had to log back in to my account because it booted me out for some reason.”

“Many of the glucose strips received in the last batch will not 'sip' . There appears to be a block on the end. Not all are defective but enough to make it difficult. Also, the new packaging for the strips is difficult to open.”

“I like your machine but I'm not yet fully acquainted with how it works both keto and glucose with the same blood drop. I have only tried the keto so far. wish I had know more about how the machine works before I bought it. Not really sure it's of value to me now.”
