J'ai vérifié la commande une seconde fois et malheureusement, j'ai pris la décision de ne pas expédier et de rembourser la commande. Le café commandé a une date d'expiration à la fin de ce mois et nous n'avons pas de stock plus frais.

It was my fault.
I ordered the Keto sticks and didn´t recognize that I will pay over 10€ for transportation.
I was shocked, but found no easy way to cancel my order.
Also a reason that I will not order again.
As I am convinced by your measuring device, I will continue to use it, but will definitely not order from you again.
I don't know why the shipping is so expensive, but it is absolutely exaggerated.
As I said, that is my fault, because I didn´t checked before how expensive this is.
But I get this sticks also at Amazon or some other webshops for much less.

There must have been a technical issue that we were not aware of as a 5 star shopping experience is what we would like to give to people. And service is definately a part of it
To ensure the sustainability of our service, we find it necessary to introduce a minimal handling fee of €10 for orders below the value of €45,-. This will be added to the Standard shipping costs. We could have chosen for minimal order value, but that means that ordering under €45 is not even possible. This is in our opinion, not a service at all.
I am convinced we can make your experience a 5 star, but I fully understand if you like to keep ordering from Amazon.

The manual is extremely long with small letters and not in my language. It was useless. Lots of text and other papers as secondary information , but a simple instruction was not available.
The sampling of blood is very difficult. Errors all the time. Sometimes it did give a result.

“J'ai commandé le Go keto analyse de glycémie et de cétone avec des bandelettes (relativement chère). Ne fonctionne 1 fois sur 10, soit l'appareil dysfonctionne, soit c'est les bandelettes. Je vais essayé de renvoyer car 94 euros de gaspillé !”
