“I bought the keto/glucose start set. Very difficult to get started.. the user manual scan in Dutch did not work. The user manual in English is much too big. Eventually I had to watch 2 YT video’s, one about the Control test, one about the procedure, and still ruined my first two strips.. and I am trained at university level.. to get the first keto numbers.”
“Be careful. It might take forever to get anything from them. I can’t say exactly how long since I haven’t received my package that placed my order on 9 January. It’s 26 January today 😅
On the tracking page it’s been “On its way” since the 10th but in reality they haven’t sent me anything yet.
9 Jan - Order placed
10 Jan - Got email to confirm my address, I responded immediately
17 Jan - Got another email saying that one of the items was out of stock
20 Jan - Got another email saying “ You will receive a tracking code so you can track the delivery.”
26 Jan - Haven’t heard anything from them”
