I paid for Monday delivery and waited in until 8pm for my order which they did not deliver. I then got an email on the Tuesday saying that I have changed my delivery date to Tuesday. Then another straight after saying I've changed it to the Wednesday, then Thursday. I have not changed my delivery day as I paid to have it delivered for the Monday. I called dpd who were delivering it and they say they had only received the label for the parcel and not the actual parcel. And because there is no contact number available, it will not be sorted in up to 5 days as that's their estimated reply time by email. Ridiculously angry at being messed about!!!

"up to 72 hours" to respond to an email. Appalling "customer service". Incompetent communications, no after care at all. They just want to pile it high and flog it. Even the manufacturer said they have issues with Kiddiecare. I would never buy from them again - just not worth it.

These guys seem to never do what they represent. Incompetent at best, fraudulent at worst. They never answer their phone and you end up with call charges that potentially exceed the value of the initial order . . .

Order at your peril! If anything goes wrong and you enter their customer service world then good luck! They don't value their customers at all and you are left feeling totally helpless. They only deal with you by email and it can take days for each response...less than ideal when waiting for deliveries!

Prices are generally good but appalling customer service trying to get a refund for a first order I placed. One of the people who sent emails from 'customer service' tried to avoid sorting the problem, and implied I had kept part of my parcel hence I would not receive my money back, when I had told them multiple times that I refused the parcel from courier! (as I was advised to do by Kiddicare). It took 19 emails and opening a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. On top of that Kiddicare tried to remove my review from another website!! AVOID

made a complaint after my stroller had fallen apart with my young son sat in there they didn't want to know couldn't care less. Offered me 10% off my next purchase. I wouldn't want to purchase anything off them again knowing how faulty the products are that they supply!

Stay well clear of this company. Left the wrong furniture set on my drive as they didn't update their website, 8 months pregnant and had to walk it into my house so it didn't get stolen. No apology, didn't collect for a week. Messed me around for a month!! Terrible

An item I ordered in store should have arrived in 2-3 weeks. After waiting 4-5 weeks my sim card stopped working so I tried to contact Kiddicare with thd phone number on the receipt. This number did not work so I used Google to find a phone number, which just kept me waiting and charged lots of money. I then visited the store to update my contact details. After waiting until 6+ weeks after I placed my order I emailed customer services to find out what was happening with my order. They informed me it was still not in stock and asked if I would like to wait or cancel my order and receive a refund. I opted for a refund. I am still waiting for my refund a month after I requested it.

First time shopping from kiddicare.com and definitely the last! Ordered a big order of variety of items, all of the items that I have selected were shown that they are available for next day, which means they are in stock and no waiting time is needed. Once I received my order in a massive box everything was just chucked in there, the casettes for nappy bin were all over the box because they don't bother to secure the items with some tape or bubble wrap. However once I opened it I realised that there are a couple of items missing in my order. I checked my invoice in my email (because there was no invoice in my box, very strange...), checked my bank account to see if they charged me for all the items, which they did and at the end I did not receive £40 worth of products. No refund, no email about items coming later, nothing! They are clearly trying to fool you with big orders. I couldn't find their customer service telephone number anywhere so I emailed them. Today I got the response and they had the cheek to say if I want my items for next day delivery it's £4.99 although they made a mistake and didn't deliver my items on time and it should be at their interest to get my products that I paid for to me ASAP. People don't buy from them!

So did you know these people operate for Sofaworld and worldstores, a sub group of Dunelm? The customer service I have received was also dreadful. Their Managing Director, Joe Murphy does not work at the office in Peterborough, and it is perhaps a good job he doeasn't, as I suspect the trading estate would be in undated with disgruntled customers. I oprdered a sofabed, it arrived next day minus a vital part. So we all make mistakes, I reported the missing part over three weeks ago, contacting them as they asked and providing a photograph. I have had to contact them 10 times by both e mail and telephone to even prompt responses, each time I am fobbed off with excuses and on the last contact sheer rudeness. I was then told that I have used profanities on the call! Well I might have used some mild industrial language, I think this was after the advisor Andrew called me a liar! I only asked for a refund, and strangely I did not want to send the item back until I had my refund..strange that one!! They refused to refund until the item was back in their depot. On reading previous reviews I don't think so folks! So my experience of this particular company is not good, the aftercare service is both offhand and useless. The advisore badly trained, clearly not happy to be there, and seem to be very unhappy. What other explanation could you give for such poor attitudes. Andrew (Customer Service Support) 11 Apr, 11:51 BST Good afternoon. Thank you for contacting world stores customer service, I am sorry to hear that you aren't happy with my customer service skills, this was not my intention at all. and I do also apologise if you were under the impression that i was "muttering" under my breath my self and Natalie have both been and spoken to our contact center manager in his break and advised him of the situation advised him how we do have a spare part on order however the suppliers haven't updated us with a date of delivery due the them not holding it in stock and having to get it from production we have also advised him that you have requested for a full refund but you wish to have this before the item has been collected and we were advised that that wont be a possible solution due to us not being able to process the refund with out the items being marked down as back in our depot. we have also been advised that if you wish to still have the items collected please call up or email and advise us of a collection date as we will be cancelling the one that we have for you at present as this will be a waste of time for the couriers to turn up and collect them item only for you to refuse the collection. the calls are already begin listened in to by one of my colleagues due to the language used by your self in the phone call conversation as we have a zero tolerance of profanity however due to the circumstance I let the 6 times you swore slide as I was trying to assist you. Also if you still wish to have a copy of the call recordings you will need to call up and pay the £10 charge and confirm in email that you would like them. Have a lovely day Kindest regards, Andrew. I will leave the rest to you to conclude
