I bought an Alan ardiff mini butterfly chain and pendant unfortunately chain rusty and tarnished not the standard I would expect

To shop personally in Kilkenny shop is a pleasure, beautiful store, lovely stock onlii ok be for me was a nightmare. Wrong information given by telephonist was the start of it . I’d never shop online again

Items were not correct size. Size 10 was like a 14

Product is fine. But when delivery and associated cost amount to 1 Euro less than the purchased item cost (54 Euro purchase) why would bother to be a customer moving forward.

My parcel never arrived ( via GLS delivery) After much frustration with GLS service I Eventually got lovely Kilkenny Design assistant ( cork office?) thru your helpline - who sent a substitute parcel asap. But it did take almost 3 weeks in total Totally missed the birthday for which the gift was bought.

I wasn´t advised when the items arrived to Malaga, I Had to ask Kilkenny desing where the items were. The bags I bought are beautifulls. Thanks a lot

Order took three weeks to deliver and was in a shocking state when it arrived. Luckily item was not damaged. The packaging item came in was very disappointing, however I assume this is down to the brand and not the store.

Nice shop in Dublin. Gave us a free $20 off coupon to use when we got home to the U.S. Subsequently tried it online and it did not work.

Gift cards that were to be included in two gifts- one was pasted on the outside shipping carton and the other was just crumpled up and tossed into the bottom of the shipping box- you must have some very happy workers!

I really like the shop but had a very disappointing experience when purchasing earrings online - initially there were no earrings in the box. I contacted Kilkenny and they promptly posted a pair - these were not as described online and one was broken. Kilkenny then posted the pair that I had ordered. I usually am a fan but found this so strange that it took three deliveries to get the correct order.

US site did not have an accurate description of product. It described the item as a quilt, but what arrived is a duvet cover that requires a quilt to be inserted into it. Customer Service wasn’t helpful, just said, yeah it’s a quilt/duvet, obviously.

My problem with this order was not the products themselves but the shipping box packaging. The candles (in their own boxes) were wrapped in bubble wrap and they were fine. However, the shipping box was twice the depth of the amount of candles and there was no packing (paper, shredded paper, bubble wrap) to fill up the empty space. As a result, since the package was going internationally to Los Angeles and the box was half empty, it was smashed and sagging in from the weight of other packages in the shipping process. Some of the tape was opening up on the top, so it was a wonder that the actual candles weren't lost or falling out. Next time, fill the whole box up with something to keep it from caving in. I have never received a box where it wasn't filled up.

Purchased lovely earrings online as a present. The plastic pouch they came in had marker pen drawn on it and really cheapened the whole product. Real shame as the earrings where lovely.

Ordered orla kiely jars how ever when recieved them they were not the right colour in middle of wooden lids. When I called customerservice they check and said what was online what I thought I liked was incorrect. Very misleading need to get the description right. I kept them but wasn't what I wanted . Nothing was offered to me as a good will gesture so reluctant to order anything now. Disappointing.

Issue with delivery of order.....had to contact An Post. Order took over a week to 10 days to arrive. Very disappointed as it was an engagement gift and recipients had returned to Australia

The packaging on my parcel was extremely excessive. I had ordered a mug along with some jewellery. Obviously the mug needed to be protected but it was wrapped in layers and layers of bubble wrap, came in a huge box with lots of paper surrounding it. Otherwise the order came very promptly. The selection on the website is not as good in store.

Paid premium for express shipping however package was shipped via regular postage. Price of some of the items purchased went on sale within 2 hours of my purchase. I was told the sale price would be honored but it was not.
