“Received the wrong product and we are still nine the wiser about when we are going to receive the correct one and each time my partner rings as I am in Greece on holiday he gets fobbed off with ‘we’ll call you back’ this is not good enough as I have handed over almost £400 and still have no item”

“I ordered a Zanusi cooker hood and to be honest wasn't sure sure whether there would be any unforseen issues. I must say the service was really good, with the communiication, delivery and the quality of the product (as new) . I don't normally give a 5 star rating but I was impressed and these guys deserve it.”

“I cannot fault kingdom appliances for their efforts to accommodate my delivery due to my awkward work schedule. They went out of there way to make sure it be delivered at a time to suite me. The oven I ordered game only in a plastic covering ( which I expected, due to the listing details) but was in pristine condition, 5*. I will definitely use again”

“Placing the dishwasher ordered was straight forward. I was given an aproximate delivery then a follow up date. Delivery was on time and early. We installed the dishwasher which is in good working order.”

“This is the second time we’ve purchased from Kingdom Appliances and I cannot fault them! Their communication is excellent and even when the second purchase resulted in a defective appliance, Kingdom arranged a direct replacement straight away, no fuss. The delivery arrangements were great and on both occasions we received a call from the driver giving a time of arrival and when they landed they were cheerful, informative and very polite.”
