“AEG GAS Hob 5 burner Very easy to order, I ordered it on line, even when I called they were Very friendly and explain everything in detail ,the delivery was on time, the driver was extremely friendly. “Once again we had an excellent experience with Kingdom Appliances. We bought a returned fridge (last year's model), it has very minor damage which is very hard to spot. Communication over delivery was good and it was brought into our kitchen by a very friendly delivery driver. Still has a year guarantee and 50% off the identical looking current model. The egg rack was missing and they have sent out a replacement calling me to tell me it has been posted. This is why we will be using this company again when we need to replace an appliance.”

“Great opportunity to pick up quality items at greatly reduced cost. There does seem to be a little lack of communication but I guess costs have to be saved somewhere. I'd have particularly liked to know that the item I purchased did not simply 'plug in and use' - this was explained by the delivery man at 6.45 am - leaving me with a cooker I cannot use until I can arrange for an electrician to visit me (and, of course, the extra costs for that I was not expecting. Having the couriers actually get the item 'up and running' would make a great improvement to your service - even if the added cost of installation was included in a higher price.”
