“Shipping was great, quality of this nearly $100 flannel wos not up to par, descendents image was screen printed on the back and really for the price should be embroidered. The plaid was a little boring and the weight was very light, I expected a coat like flannel for this price.”

Hello, all of the info on this item was listed in the description and noted that the back image is printed. The description also lists the brand of the flannel used and that it's 100% cotton. “the order was delayed, once I emailed you asking about the delay you were good at responding that you were moving warehouses. The alkaline trio heartagram tshirt I ordered was not great quality. The shirt wasn’t expensive so I’m not that upset, I’m just used to nicer band shirts from your company. Thanks for the chance to review Gabriel Rheault”

“Quality of merch is fine. Delivery is questionable. I get pre orders just garantee the purchase, however I also believe they should show up on time, not a week or more after release date. I have had this issue a couple of times through here. Pre ordered 1349 from a different distributer, got it one or two days early. Tthat is great service.”

Hello, if any items are delayed we send emails to anyone who ordered it and let them know about the delay. Pre-orders for albums are unpredictable sometimes but as long as we receive them ahead of the release date from the distributor or label we ship them out to customers early with the intent of everyone having them on the release date. “Easily one of the most frustrating transactions I've ever made. I made a purchase roughly a YEAR ago, and now they want a review? Sure thing. I bought a tee shirt, sweatshirt, and vinyl record from there. Tee shirt and vinyl never even came in. Sweatshirt was way too small and came in very late, so I didn't even get to gift that. I attempted to contact somebody about a refund or getting the vinyl and t shirt sent to me, but it never happened. So here I am, one year later, STILL with no vinyl record or t shirt. And the website wants me to post a review? Laughable. If I could mark 0 of 5 stars j totally would, but 1 is the lowest I can go. This website is run by crooks who have absolutely no customer service capabilities whatsoever. If you're reading this, I implore you: ***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE***”

Hello, You purchased a sweatshirt, hat and LP. You emailed us in December 2022 to let us know you received the sweatshirt and hat but not the LP. You emailed again a few days later asking for us to cancel your order. We let you know the order could not be canceled since it had been shipped already and you requested a refund for the missing LP and the shipping price. We issued a refund for the LP and shipping price in January 2023. You received 2 of the 3 items ordered and received a refund for the other item along with your shipping price. Thank you.

“I made a relatively large purchase at the end of September, $233 worth of merch from Descendents. There was a notification on the website that due to a warehouse move it may take 4-6 weeks to get my shipment. Come mid-November I still hadn’t received anything. I reached out to customer service, who was very kind and helpful, and they offered to have a partial order shipped to me, which I accepted. Now, when I go to my account, the entire order is missing. I can only see items I ordered from 2013 and 2015. I’d really like to get the rest of the items from my order. One was a Christmas gift, which I believe I purchased in plenty of time to have by then, but it still hasn’t arrived. Unfortunately this hasn’t been a great experience. I understand a large move can be difficult, but I’ve also been more than patient.”

“The quality of the items is excellent. I'm giving 4 stars because the communication with kings road merch left something to be desired. Over 2 weeks passed between the time I'd placed my order and the time it shipped and I was met largely with silence when I reached out to inquire. Eventually everything arrived and I'm very happy.”

“I like the choices, but there has been a consistent problem of me being charged for shipping on purchases over the amount required for free shipping. I have yet to receive any refund and I just call it a wash. I don't like that I have to contact Customer service about this on multiple incidents. I don't see me coming back anytime soon”

Hello, at the time of this purchase there was a promo for free US shipping on orders $60+. Your order total was a few dollars short of that which is the why the free shipping didn't trigger for your order. It needs to be $60+ before shipping is added. If you're ever charged for shipping when you shouldn't be, feel free to reach out to our customer service and we'll be happy to help you out and even issue a refund for shipping if it actually should have been free.
