“I was disappointed with the packaging of my order. An adult medium hoodie and two records were crammed into a record mailer. The tape had clearly broke apart and been restored with clear packing tape. My items were intact but the free enamel Interrupters pin was missing and it was supposed to be part of the gift.”

“I’m not happy because the thread is coming off the hat I ordered and I have called and left emails to solve this problem but no one gets back to me. This is also supposed to be a Xmas gift”

“.t shirt is a small its tight in the chest and arms but really long on the bottom, the black cap is kinda small in length. The hoodie is also really tight in the arms and shoulders and by the belt line but loose in the middle seems like a blind person stitched these clothes. Then the baseball length shirt is also a small but way to short and really tight in the arms and everywhere. Seems like the sizes are just suggestions never buying from this place again, pure trash”

“Bought it for my sister. Received the tank top with glue on it. Took about 10 minutes to remove it. Some spots are still sticky. The print is good.”

“I wish when I ordered 2 of the same record you guys would send me both of them instead of me having to message you guys saying you only sent me one of the two items I ordered. This is happened to me about for five times over the past year and a half now but you guys have always message right back and re-sent the other item that I didn’t receive. I just feel that you guys have a lot of oversight that is being looked there and could probably save a little bit more money if you guys just slow down and process the orders like you’re supposed to I don’t understand why always have to write it seems like one out of every three orders you guys mess up of mine again you guys always do take care of it but it is really annoying having to message you just about every other time that you guys have messed up my order. thank you again for always taking care of it. You guys asked for a survey so I’m just trying to help you guys out thanks again for all the great items and records over the years Dan Dahlberg”
