“The last time I ordered from them they only had one of two items, let me know weeks later they changed my order to one item and would send it (changing my shipping cost to make it not worth it) and then when I replied (that same day) they informed me they’d already sent the one item somehow and I could return it when it got to me (minus my shipping charges). Dealing with their customer service is not worth the time so I always check if you can find items elsewhere first. I did get this order without a problem so congratulations?, kingsroad.”

“Takes too long to get the item and the tracking number had problems. I love what you guys offer but it’s always an uncertainty if I’m going to get my package. Once upon a time I did an order to Peru it was a lot of time to get it and there was no tracking number and no response from the contact email. I think that now you guys have better process but that’s what I think of the company because of past occasions.. thank you”

Hello, we actually shipped out your order 3 days before the release date of that album. Unfortunately, we can't control how long USPS takes to deliver the package. I see you chose media mail shipping which is the slowest method, we do offer other shipping options if you'd like the carrier to deliver the package quicker next time. Thank you for your order!

“If smaller labels can get releases to my door step on the correct day (unless delayed) why is is always an issue w kings road? Your EU branch works well and customers seem to get albums on release days.”

“I'll start out by saying the recent item I received is really nice and of great quality (Frank Iero Yeti Mug). There were delays, and that's fine because I know there were issues with quality and whatnot with the first batch. The reason for my rating though is because I had to reach out via email to check to find this information out myself instead of it being communicated to me. I have friends as well who preordered this mug and they all seemed to get an offer via email with a discount code to use in the store when KingsRoad Merch found out there would be a delay. I received no such offer myself though.”

“Slow service . No notifications on a pushback date . Rude customer service . It’s not that hard to send a email when a item is being pushed back due to production many understand that but to not makes the company look bad !”

We actually sent out an email to customers who had ordered this item to let them know there was a delay with the materials used and that we'd ship them out as soon as they arrived. I've checked our system and see a few emails from you where you acknowledge receiving the email about the delay, all emails seem to have been responded to and no one was ever rude in any of them. “Everything's cool with items in order. Actually you used to ship to Russian Federation and it was fine, but i had to order you stuff via 3rd party company that ships to Russia last time, cause i couldn't do it from your store. It was a really big dissapointment cause it cost twice the delivery. Hope you guys will work with Russia again in the future cause i really like your stuff and your bands. Thanks.”

“Ordered a poster. Shipped in sturdy tube but poster was just rolled and placed in tube. Poster should atleast be wrapped in some sort of craft paper to avoid dings and dents. For me as a collector this is unacceptable, especially considering how much money is being spent.”
