“I purchased a black Alkaline Trio snapback hat from Kings Road Merch. The hat appeared to be structured in the pictures with no mention of being unstructured in text, but I immediately noticed it was unstructured upon receipt. I still wanted to give it a go. For the first time ever, a SnapBack didn’t really feel like it fit my head. It feels tight and uncomfortable. Additionally, the last two snap pegs just slip out so are functionally useless. I reviewed their return policy. If you wear anything, you can’t return it. You need to exchange for a different size. That’s not possible with this item. Even if they accepted the return, they wouldn’t refund shipping and would make me pay to ship it back, making it pretty much not worth it. I had luck buying a sweatshirt from them in the past, but I don’t plan to purchase from them again with this sort of gamble.”

Hello, if you receive an item you're unhappy with you can always return it for a refund or exchange as long as it's not worn. It's a pretty standard practice among retailers to not accept returns on items that are worn. It's also noted in the description for this item on the store that it's a lightly structured, five-panel, mid-profile, flat bill, snapback hat. We appreciate your order but unfortunately can't take back items that have been worn. Thank you.

“Only in German. Ware ist qualitativ gut. Ware ist in Deutschland so nicht verfügbar, daher habe ich in den Staaten bestellt. Also Artikel Okay! Absolutes NoGo! - Über 30€ Zoll + Nachentgelt in Deutschland 12,48€ Zoll und weitere Gebühren sind höher als Artikelpreis. Geht eigentlich gar nicht! T-Shirt kostet insgesamt jetzt ca. 75€ :-(”

“I tried ordering merch for a podcast about leaving reviews! I’m a sucker for a sale and tried purchasing on July 4 for a discount and free gift. The website would not accept my purchase, I tried multiple times. I wrote in to ask if I was being scammed, and if they’d help me. Customer Service was so nice and responded so fast. Again, being aware I was buying product for a podcast that’s all about Karen’s leaving terrible(ly funny) reviews, I wanted this to go smoothly. And it did! Customer Service was patient with me and a month later I was able to place my order, and it came within 3 days!”
