“The record was a pre-order through the artist's website. The record arrived late and the download code doesn't work, the link provided is to an empty folder. King's Road Merch is unable or unwilling to resolve the issue. Their customer service did communicate back, slowly, to me via email but the issue is still unresolved one month later. This is NOT a complicated problem!”

“Overall good experience. Product arrived safely with nothing broken or damaged and works as intended. I wasn’t given a tracking number/service which was annoying, as the package arrived on a rainy day, and I could have arranged someone to pick it up so it would not have sat in the rain all day.”

“Quality of products have been perfect but I have pre-ordered wo albums and both were received about a week after the release date. It makes no sense to do a pre-order if I could have bought the albums in the store quicker.”

“I ordered Dropkick Murphys Turn Up That Dial Deluxe LP (Pink/Green). I had no intention of opening the collectable album since I bought a second album to listen to. When I messaged Kings Road I was informed that the items I thought were missing were in the sleeve of the collectors album. So I did receive my full order but unfortunately I had to open it to confirm.”

“This is the 2nd order I received in such a short delivery time. I know during major Covid restrictions things were wonky with deliveries...I fortunately never had to deal with that. All of my merch is incredible quality and I get awesome comments on my shirts. I send them to your website!!”

“Kings Road Merch made right what USPS refused to. My order was "delivered" to my community mailbox, but not to me. USPS refused to do anything about it. Contacted Kings Road Merch, and they offered to refund or replace the item. Thank you guys/gals so much for the help. I appreciate being abe to get my LPs.”
