“Packaging left a bit to be desired. One item, (a decal), was creased in multiple areas and will require some corrective measures in order to use. No issues with the other four items in order.”

“My $45 4LP set came damaged in the mail. In my opinion, this was caused at least in part by a poor packaging job for a 4LP set. I contacted Kings Road twice to try and remedy the situation. The first response didn’t answer my question at all, but instead told me to look at the FAQ. The FAQ was confusing, so I sent in a second inquiry looking for clarity. Th second response informed me that Kings Road is not responsible for vinyl records being damaged while being shipped. Perhaps you should improve your packaging methods then - especially when shipping 4LP sets. The experience overall made me feel like I wasted my money and wasn’t appreciated as a customer. Even the design of this survey makes me feel that you are blaming mail carriers. If you have to ask who shipped the product and if the product was damaged, you clearly have identified a problem. Look in the mirror before pointing a finger. Invest in better packaging.”

“I ordered on December 8, the package was $21.60 for first class shipping, yet it shipped 8 days later. Today, after having ordered for 23 days, I have yet to receive my package! After writing a complaint, KingRoadMerch "helped", and said "If your package doesn't arrive, write to us." So, I replied and guess what? UNDELIVERED EMAIL! Wow. Booo! I will be contacting VISA and cancel my payment.”

“Finally got my Christmas ornament after a month of waiting. Talk about false advertising, how can you charge so much for shipping when it fit in an envelope? Also I see they didn’t ship it until 9 days after they said they did. Won’t be ordering from kings road again, they’ve gone downhill over the years by a lot.”

“I’ve ordered a number of times from Kings Road. Products have always been as expected. The time to ship after placing the order seems to take a little longer than some places. However, we now live in a world with Amazon and our shipping expectations are high. I had an order recently where the wrong items were shipped but they corrected it asap. I’ll continue to order from them as most of my favorite bands sell their official merchandise through Kings Road.”

“Items ordered december 9th and not received yet on december 31. Extremly very bad service for ordering and shipping and unbelievable bad service from UPS. I don’t recommand to order from your company because of very long time to get ordered items: it was shorter time to send a letter overseas during the WW !!!!!!! Now I will continue to wait my package in hoping that it will arrive in the next few days A very disappointed customer”

“The ordered shirt was great and as described. It took a very long time between order and shipping and I would like to see that improve. However, when I was upset that it wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas, you guys stepped up and made it happen. I am very grateful for that. Thank you!”
