“Some of the products are good- some not so good. I ordered the electronic keto monitor. When I received the device it didn’t work. I even went to a battery store bought a new battery In case that was the problem and it still didn’t work. I have written them three or four times now and still have a broken monitor. I receive a multitude of emails from them a week to sell their product but when I had an issue they couldn’t find the time to email me or take care of the problem… Very disappointed in the follow-through and care of the customer. They also have the slowest shipping time of any company I’ve dealt with. When I question them about the time it takes to get their product they blame shipping company Yet FedEx and UPS deliver the majority of my products in a timely manner even through pandemic with a few hiccups.”

“I placed an order on September 7. I received it on Oct 26 after several emails requesting information and was told it would be sent out shortly. I still don’t understand what happened. Honesty is always the best policy... If I was given more candid information along the wY I’d have been a lot more generous with my patience.”

“I have not tried your product yet but the inundation of emails I have received from you since I placed my order is overwhelming. Additionally when I have clicked on a link (any/every link) in the emails you send me, it brings up a blank page. So at this point I am finding Kiss My Keto more aggravating than anything else.”
