This is a scam website, I booked my ticket and accidentally put the wrong date on it. Since it was my first experience I was expecting that after cancellation within one hour of booking I will get full refund on my booking but they deduct everything and refund less than one percent of my ticket amount. I called the customer service and they told they can’t do anything as it’s their policy and I told them it’s not mention in your policy. Pathetic service and pathetic website to book tickets. Please avoid these scammers

Horror! I fly alot... They refused to change a single letter error on my ticket and stressed me terribly. Almost missed my international business flight and had to buy a new ticket. Do not use them please!!! Once, never again.

I am super super disappointed with Kiwi.com - will never book via this provider. My flights were canceled due to the weather conditions and the Kiwi Support team did NOTHING! I called 15 times and no support at all. Awful

Horrible Horrible Horrible. I booked my flight through them and realised I accidentally booked the flight for the wrong day. I called them back within minutes of realising my error. They were unable to give a refund or help me switch my flight despite the fact that the airline I was flying with has a 24 hour cancellation policy. I do not recommend booking with them.

They took my money and do not give me a ticket. AVOID THIS APP AVOID THIS APP AVOID THiS APP They give me a fake number. I should provide a prove of a return ticket to my trip this is one of the requirment to the country i was going to. When I get to the airport the counter man tried many times to find my ticket but there was no ticket. I tried to contact them without any reply. They are a bug cheater 😡😡😡😡😡

This company just took my money and did not provide me ticket details. I have wasted my entire day trying to contact their customer service, nobody can help. Everyone is rude, especially the lady from "Czech Republic," SONYA T. (with an Indian accent). Do not waste your money with kiwi.com. No one will support you in case you have a problem.

Worst experience ever in airline ticketing. Kiwi does not send confirmed tickets; they only send tentative ones, even though they deduct the full amount. I checked directly with the airline's customer care, and the ticket is not in their system at all. I have lost my money, and Kiwi is not responding properly. Be very careful when booking through KIWI.com.

Booking 527165045. Ruined my summer vacation with my daughter and took 4k from me. A one month trip one became one night. I am heart broken. They did not will not help at all. And just try to get you to book another ticket. I used them in the past but all the horrible confusing upselling and clunky calendar functionality of their site makes it a dangerous place to arrange your travel. Avoid at all costs. They are still trying get me to book another ticket. Horrible!

I booked twice for a world travel. We canceled the 1st BOOKING within 24 hours. We have used the 2nd booking round the world trip. Kiwi is supposed to refund the 1st booking within 24 hrs or so. It has been about two weeks, I have not got the refund. My credit card is charging me twice. As Kiwi do not have good customer service email or phone communication is a problem. It's a $7500.00 refund expect it to be resolved soon. It is a frustrating experience.

one of the worst experiences i've ever had they cancelled all my flights and blamed it on technichel issues i had my train booked and everything, ridiculous system, trading standards contacted .DO NOT USE

I booked my flight, and they added my name wrong. They added my last name twice, I called the 800 number and I was told that they will charge me $250 for a mistake they made. Terrible experience.

Looks like you take bargain but when it comes to rebook or cancel, scam begins. they stall for days and do not fulfill the request. After 4 days offered more expensive change ticket than the new one. NO!!!!!!!

I have booked a flight with Kiwi.com. The flight was cancelled by the carrier. Kiwi.com refunded the flight payment, but they refuse to refund the 200 $ i paid for seating.

Avoid at all cost for the sake of your own sanity! Our flight was cancelled, and we were not even notified by kiwi.com about this situation. Although the airline has said that we are entitled to a full refund, we can only process this via kiwi.com…their customer service is appalling and the refund links on their website do not work! Never again

My flight was rescheduled and kiwi was supposed to accept the changes on my behalf which they didn’t, hence I couldn’t checkin online.. when i got to the airport i was told to pay £205 for airport check in , i told them that i tried to check but it was unavailable.. they told me the reason i couldn’t check in is because my agent didn’t accept the changes.. i tried to call them for a refund but they said they can’t refund!! I wish i had read the reviews before booking with them😢

My family booked a flight with lufthansa through kiwi, and i have been trying to get a passenger receipt proving i flew with them, however since I got the tickets with kiwi they are the only ones able to provide it. I cant find a page in their website dedicated to them and there is no way possible to contact them since I myself have not booked any flights! It is unacceptable that they dont provide communication for customers without a booked trip!

Never try them. It is a waste of time and money. No sense of customer satisfaction. i cancelled directly through the Airlines 2 weeks before the date of departure. The Refund will be going to Kiwi. But the twist is that Kiwi will only refund 10 EUR as Credit to book from their site the next time u plan ur travel. Who will ever plan? I will post this in facebook and all other social media. At least in this era of customer satisfaction people should not take us for granted just for easy money.

Booked a return flight Calgary to Winnipeg March 2024 departing flight was cancelled due to weather after sitting on tarmac for 2hrs and passengers deplaned. Total runaround in trying to get any where with KIWI as far as a refund or credit for the cancelled flight. I would have to agree with the over 1100 reviews of customers with dissatisfied experiences with this company, lesson learned, don't be another scam victim
