Absolutely horrible. Here is my experience: - Trip from Fort Lauderdale to Tortola going through San Juan, so 2 flights - First flight: depart from Fort Lauderdale at 9.57 on 6th September 2020 and arrives at San Juan at 12.42 on 6th September 2020 - Second flight: depart from San Juan at 10.30 on 6th September 2020 and arrive at: Tortola at 11.15 on 6th September 2020 You can see the second flight departs before the first one arrives, so is physically impossible to do (departing at 10.30 while the previous flight arrives at 12.42) I explained it many times to the support but I didn't get my refund in the end, after more then a year of waiting. But it was clearly an error of the booking system The trip schedule was originally ok, it changed in a later stage when I already made the payment, but why do I have to loose money for an error of the Kiwi.com booking system!?

PLEASE DON’T BOOK ON KIWI.COM I booked a multiple flight on kiwi.com. One of my flight was being cancelled and they gave me alternative flight in which i need to add $600, it made my flight very expensive so I decided to cancel the entire flight. I reached out to them, promised that they would work on my refund. At first, they were responding to my emails. Now i don’t get any feedback from them anymore and it’s more than 3 months since i requested for a refund.. customer service is really bad, you cannot even talk to a person on the phone.

Kiwi is a scam site with terrible customer service. I was redirected to Kiwi when trying to book through Kayak. I booked a flight from Dec 2nd to Dec 5th, and after checking out, the itinerary showed my stay was instead Dec 2nd to Dec 4th. I called that moment to see why the dates were changed and all they offered was that I can, myself, update my flight for a $144 difference or cancel and get just $10 back. I was left responsible for a price more than double what was original agreed upon.

Kiwi is a scam company to deal with, I will write an article about them telling the entire world to be mindful of kiwi. Kiwi has scammed me of $2,500 on a ticket that was canceled by the Airline and fund refunded back to kiwi, kiwi has deliberately kept my refund and kept silent over it, all attempt to communicate with kiwi since last year was fruitless, Scammers

Never book a flight with kiwi. They're so freaking greedy for how little they give you, my flight rose in cost on their site vs how I saw it in google flights. They're very unforgiving about booking trips, once you have it booked you can't cancel it even if there's plenty of time before your trip. Customer service is terrible, and the online check in plain doesn't work at all. I'm never using this service again and I hope it goes under.

I booked a trip of total 4 different flights in August. One of them got canceled, and it also affected another one so in total I “lost” 2 out of 4 flights I booked. I was sending Kiwi multiple messages, but they took months to respond. I did not receive a refund for the 2 flights I lost, and today, November 16th, I received a reply on an email I sent on August 26th… Absolutely horrible experience, never booking with Kiwi again.

I paid the extra $3000 for the option to change flights but it only allows you one change. We had a total of 8 flights. Total scam won’t use it again.

First of all, I had a booking and they canceled the flight because of Covid (which was less than 48HR before my flight). They provided me with an alternative flight route, and after heading to the airport, they informed me that this flight restricts Filipino’s on board. When I contacted the customer service, I asked for a solution such as rebooking me a flight, getting credit back into my account or refunding me the money. They kept on repeating that since it is less than 48HR, they cannot do anything, however they changed the flights less than 48HR. When I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor they cut off the line and I contacted them twice after and both time had no outcome. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH KIWI, as they do not know how to solve issues like these. This is the first and last time to book through them. I have paid aprox $1300 and they did not give me credit or refund me the money.

We booked a flight a week ago, payment made to Kiwi from my bank, kiwi advised that one of the sectors had been rescheduled by over 23 hours and was now before the connecting flight, they offered an alternative which was going to cost me another £800 although I could find a more suitable and cheaper option but they say I couldn't have that, I have asked for a full refund and they have advised that its the airlines fault and not theirs so I will receive either a 100 euros credit or try to get a refund from the airline but because its 2 different airlines then I won't get a full refund, they sold me this as one ticket and my contract is with them not the airlines, they cannot supply what I booked so I should be entitled to a refund, their online chat just keeps saying the same thing over and over again, I have asked so many questions and even got a travel agent friend of mine involved who knows her stuff, they still won't budge, no contact details, won't give me a complaints department contact, they said because its not their fault there is no complaint to be made, This company do not have licenses to book travel which will cover the public, they are scammers and will take your money and because they don't take calls and hide behind messaging on a computer sent actually care, I won't be over £1900 out of pocket and will get my refund, I won't allow them to get away with it, My friend has advised me to go to the bank, even with a debit card as the bank will claim it back from them as they have not supplied what I paid for and also not offered a suitable alternative. AVOID THIS COMPANY - do not use them to book, they take your money and hide

This company is horrible they changed my flight from Newark and put me on a new flight without my knowledge and are saying that I accepted the changes. Which I did not makes no sense

Never book with Kiwi, they are a scam. I am still waiting for a refund that I should have received over a year and a half ago due to covid-19 flight cancellations. Kiwi should have processed my refund due to the flight cancellation (cancelled by the airline and airline has a 100% refund policy), but they have done nothing and claimed it's the airline that is holding up the process. However Kiwi has refused to give any proof that they have made an effort to get my money refunded. I expect I will not see any of my money, not even a measly flight credit. They are a useless middle-man who will make it impossible to resolve issues like cancellations or flight changes. Save yourself the stress and book directly with the airline.

Horrible experience. A scam of a company. My flight of 523 dollars was canceled and adjusted by the airline so I had to book a different one. The airline sent a full refund. The refund went to Kiwi, but they have not refunded me the 523 dollars. They don't have any customer support you can really talk to on the phone. They say it takes 3 months to process a refund, but they will never action any request or contact you back. They stole 523 dollars. They did not provide the service agreed on or communicate at all and that is fraud. They are a scam.

Never ever book flight from Kiwi, it is a scam. I paid Kiwi $620 for a round trip to Nashville. My 07/02/21 flight got cancelled, I have never received any notification before I arrived to airport at 10:40pm July 1st. The airline offer at refund at counter that night for $433 that is how much Kiwi paid them. Since my flight get cancelled, I think I entitle to get my full refund. I should take my $433 at that point. I contact Kiwi, no one answered the phone since I do not have a active flight. They did not have email address you can use, only outlet is to use message board on their website. Then they send me a message and told me that they were waiting for carrier's refund. I received an email from carrier and noted that they refund the Kiwi on July 30, 21. After that I left two messages on the website board, no one ever responded my message. It is like this company is disappeared on this planet. Never ever book any trip on this website...., you will never get your refund back.

This is the worst company ever. Don't book from them, they will still your money as they did to me. Last year I booked not cheap flights through Kiwi.com. The flights have been cancelled, which obviously was not my fault. I've been waiting for the refund for 6 months and nobody answers my messages and my requests. They are scams, not real company. I regret I chose them. Book only if you wanna donate hundreds of dollars to unknown people.

WORST EVER!!! Changed my flights to go through Indonesia which didn’t provide visa on arrival and gave me no further options but to lose my money And I was stuck in dubai for 7 hours and had to book a whole new ticket They cost me $3509 without zero responsibility

Utterly useless booking tool. Doesn't have on call service support. Ripps off money.if one of the flight cancelled, I need to either cancel the whole trip or rebook the whole trip. Totally Nonsense

I have booked my flight ticket through kiwi.com from India to Kuwait via Saudi. I was not able to travel because of Saudi goverment was not taking transit passenger but this site provide me ticket like that. I talked with Airline, they told me talk with your agent. Finally I lost my 42000 RS INR. Never buy a ticket through Kiwi.com
