Please, for your own sanity, do not book with this agency. 1. You cannot speak to a human, no matter how much extra money you pay to upgrade your ticket. 2. Their online platform is incredible useless. 3. Once you resort to chatting online with an agent, your one question (good luck if you have more than one question) sifts through three or four agents, so your actual question is completely disregarded and you get a typical response from a company trying to divert from the issue at hand. After experiencing this and reading these reviews, I started to laugh. It's really my fault for not reading the reviews beforehand. Safe travels folks and steer clear from kiwi.com

$25 for an attempt to resolve the refund on an air ticket that clearly shown as canceled by Google in compliance with government's official announcement of restrictions on flights - effective 1 day before my flight date. They got back to me to say the flight after the "attempt" to argue that the flight didnt get canceled and provided no proof and dropped the case :)))) Such a joke

Hi, recently I bought a long flight ticket with this agency for the first time. I took the risk but I thought I would give them a chance. Then, I was doing transit in the US, but I had problems with them due to the strict regulations of the US, even when I have all my documents in law. Long story short, I couldn't reach my final destination, and then I explained the situation to Kiwi customer service and they just didn’t care, giving me nothing as a solution or alternative to take a new flight or get a refund. They protect themselves with their own company policies. I hope nobody buys tickets from them, you need to be very careful with this kind of online agency, they just wanna get the money and when there is any problem they just unbind from the clients. Just be carefull

THE WORST OCOMPANY EVER!! LIERS AND SCAM COMPANY The WORST OCOMPANY EVER! THEY ARE SCAM AND LIARS! I booked a flight to go back home in the middle of December from Colombia to Spain and the Airlines did not let me travel. I had the PCR and the Vaccine and they said It wasn't Enough to travel so they told me I was in tittle for refund and when Spirits airlines went to refund it was not my card in the system it was KIWI.com Card details. So they said they will refund to KIWI.com and after to me. And also the other Airline ( Iberia ) told me the same. already 5 months and I never get any refund so I contacted my bank and they said KIWI.COM said they did not refund the money to me because I was not in the airport and I missed the Flight. This is not HOnest company they Still me £553!

DON'T USE KIWI - Lost $2,800 after purchasing all insurance available... Unable to fly due to COVID, KIWI used their "terms & conditions" and kept our $2,800 without ever providing nor explanation - horrible customer service

This company is not to be trusted. They offered me very very expensive travel insurance that was out of the question, and then they changed our flights and instead of offering us the alternate flight that was maybe a 10 minute difference for free they made us pay $250 for that one. The one they offered us for free would not have worked because we couldn’t have made our connecting flight. We still saved money by paying the $250 instead of the $500 insurance, but they got their $250! I only blame myself for booking with them in the first place. Save yourself the headache and book straight through the airlines! Kiwi is to be avoided! Lesson learned!

I booked 2 flights through Kiwi just before the pandemic. They cancelled the flights and kept on promising to refund me the money or provide a voucher. It is 2022 now and still nothing, now I cant even call them. They basically stole my money. Stay away!!!!

Kiwi is the worst . Can't talk to an agent ,they are unprofessional They give you the run around and do nothing until you can't rebook and have to forfeit your flight. The app won't work most of the time so you have to use their agent and they are impolite and and achieve absolutely nothing . They constantly remind you that you have to pay and provide no service . They should be aware to be I the tourism industry.

I booked a flight with kiwi on 26 Jun 2020 to fly from Washington D.C, the USA to Larnaca, Cyprus. The flight was canceled and I asked for a refund. It is now April 30th, 2022 and my refund is still "being processed". This is RIDICULOUS!! I am a college student that was trying to get home during the covid pandemic and kiwi has been taking advantage of this fact for ages. DO NOT USE this service, once I get my money back I will never book anything from them again.

Shame on me for not reading the reviews first ... but shame on them for taking multiple days to book with the airlines. They proceeded to book even though I requested a cancellation. Poor customer service - SHADY business practices!

I would give negative stars if I can. This site is horrible. Customer service will not help you. Even if you just book it and made a mistake, they will never cancel it for you. They give you back only 10 euros, which is basically nothing if you want to cancel just 1 minute after you booked. Horrible. Never never again!

For me all went perfect! I was afraid after reading all the reviews about the company but they even sent me the boarding pass earlier. Just the baggage i bought in the airport because the app was having the price of 99€ for an cabin bag and i bought it for 20 € on the airport

We booked flights that were confirmed, received email that they had to change our flights, but similar so no big deal. Get notice a few days later that those flights weren't available so we could pay $300 for a change or get partial refund. No customer service number to call so we accepted the extra fee...big mistake. Two weeks later just got another message that the flight is no longer available and that we have to pay $600 upgrade. What kind of scam is this? I thought Kiwi was legit company originally....NOPE, stay away, don't risk your money. Look....they literally have no customer service help line unless you are currently traveling. I can't even express how much I hate Kiwi and how miserable they've made me feel about this trip, before I've even left!

I booked multi cities thru Kiwi accidentally then read a lot of negative comments against it.i thought i was rip off by kiwi but it wasn't at all .it provided me very good service and sent me boarding pass earlier.i can checkin without doing anything,just wait and kiwi managed everything for me .i love it and i can verify myself i m no ralated to KiWi at all , my booking was Londo to Helsin to Riga then London,all of which are successful.i m so happy

KIWI sold me a flight I could not use because Jakarta transit was closed due to COVID and AXA insurance refused to compensate as well. The website is set up to take your money and that's it.

The service is not satisfactory. They will cancel the ticket, as they couldn't get the booking done with the airlines and at the end they will refund you. They also offer you a golden suggestion to book again. Need to appreciate their boldness though. I will suggest to avoid this.

Incompetent support service combined with unworkable website communication rules. If your flight is not within 14 days it is impossible to speak to a service rep directly. You are force to 'chat' with a service staff which cannot understand or simply does not read the chat messages. Finally, when within 14 days of my flight I was permitted to talk to a service staff on the phone and twice the phone line was disconnected forcing me to repeat the problem. I offered to email the chat exchange to the service rep. When I emailed my concerns and a transcript of the failed 'chat' exchange to the email address provided I received an automated response email that said this address is no longer supported. Phew, 10 hours of 'chat' and phone calls and I am done. Say good by to my $245 Euros.
