Bught tickts for my parents. First they took 3 days to send one of the confirmations. Worst... i provided correct names just as they are on the passports, cuz they are really stricts in airports in South America, and they wrote the names incorrectly when making the booking with airline. Now they wanna make me pay for a mistake they made and i will have to pay extra to fix this... They keep telling me to wait so I have half trip on hold thanks to them

Ordered Tickets through mobile app - on website was impossible to pay. I payed almost 2 months ahead - during next 2-3 weeks I got more than 4 changes including destination on coming back destination. This was argumented as "minor change" - instead of going home I have to go to other country. That's crazy. When asked for changing tickets - they suggested to buy other ones and I will get only 10$ back for old ones. In tickets where included 3adults and 1 child. That's scam!

DO NOT USE KIWI.COM! Bait and switch, unethical, hides behind adhesion contracts. Changes schedules immediately after booking and confirmation leaving you high and dry with no recourse. Rebooking option was $953. I did it direct for $46.00. Uses AI to exploit passengers. Customer service says one thing which is frequently wrong when attempting to follow their instructions. They consider flight changes of 6 hours minor which causes missed connections

Booking Number 128413582 Still owe me a refund from Sep 2021. Keep stating they have received a full refund from the Airlines and I should be getting it soon. Now have blocked all access to my account and wiped all traces of chats with customer service. No contact number and based in Slovakia.

What everybody says about Kiwi.com isn't just angry people raging at their computers. Their terrible service is absolutely real. / I think if nothing goes wrong, you might be ok. But get a delay/change/cancellation?.. you are absolutely screwed. Support is woefully bad (even though I have paid for increased support), sometimes you get a response and you read it and think... did they even read my message? I cannot recommend you don't use Kiwi enough. I never write reviews, even when things go wrong elsewhere. But Kiwi.com seems like the mother of all scams, for more reasons than I can care to write.

I received email confirmation of my flight, but When I got to the airport try to check-in, airline told me that kiwi.com canceled my booking 3 hours before departure. The rest of trips' hotels and flight didn't got compensation. They are a super bad company, please guys be aware, they don't care, they will not compensate you except only refund the flight ticket amount. Please file court claim to against company like this, I am going to file court claim.

Kiwi.com are real cheaters!!!! My booked flights on 2/1/2021 have been canceled by the flights company. I have tried with Kiwi.com in order to get refunded with no answer, just lies!!!! Recently, they have tried to cheat and provide voucher with the half of the amount and claimed that they have not got refunded from the flights company, and the are trying their best to help the customers for getting the refund. I contacted Corendon airlines today with my details PNR: P18NKT, and Kiwi booking number: 134383425. Corendon airlines informed me and provided me with a written confirmation that they have made the transfer and refunded the tickets money to Kiwi.com on 1st November 2021, so they have confirmed to me that Kiwi.com are cheaters and cheating their customers. No one of them is answering or could explain why until now I have not received any refund??????

The good news is, I got on all my flights (4 total for a round-trip long weekend, international). The bad news is it was super stressful and Kiwi didn't help at all. While my experience wasn't nearly as bad as others', I am adamantly never using this company again. I'm disappointed that Google Flights redirected me to Kiwi; I thought Google itself was more trustworthy than that.

WORST COMPANY EVER! Stay away. I literally hate them, 8 months waiting for my refund and the same automatic answers. Lost more than 550 euros.

This is a horrible website suprisingly supported by skyscanner!! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I booked my trip from Cyprus to Italy , and then every other week I was getting email alerts of flight times changing and being cancelled. Then the webiste was forcing you to pay extra to change the itinerary. I am urging people never to use this website, unless you want to experience physchological abuse. They are horrible. In the end I cancelled my flight and booked another flight, even if end up loosing most of my money.

One of the worst companies and I don’t know why Skyscanner has them as one of the providers I have booked twice through them and both times have to rebook the same flight for double the amount as they keep saying : booking being processed I am very annoyed and Iam writing this review so no one would do my mistake

DO NOT BOOK WITH KIWI. Our flights were changed by the carrier and Kiwi offered no support. Only gave us more PAID options so we couldn't even rebook a different flight without paying ~$200-300. There is no customer service. This is a scam company.

Never use this site. My flight to Berlin was canceled and I booked alternative for extra money. Second flight was canceled too. And they again offering me new flight for extra money. So I asked my money back, but I get answer that I need to ask from airline. I call airline and they told that they returned all money to Kiwi.com. So I cant get my money back from this app. Its some kind of froud

Booked for 3 passengers and one of us can no longer join in our flight since his passport renewal was delayed. The site wouldn't allow us to go to the next page as we had to input ALL passport details but we simply couldnt as we dont have the passport yet. They cant cancel him and insisted we should still check him in with a DUMMY details and just mark him as no show. I checked on the airlines guidance and its clearly indicated not to check in any passenger who isn't flying. I told them its not best practice and that I checked-in the airline directly and they said they wouldnt help us in case something happens since we booked it directly with the airline.
