“NEVER EVER! This company is not worth even one star! They take money from you but provide no support or their so called guarantee if your flight gets cancelled. They dont even inform you about the cancellation, yet when you claim your refund (for which they charge additional 20 Eur!!!) they dare to write you "no show, no refund"! I havent seen a poorer customer support, never! I am still fighting with thousands of other people to get the money back, dont put yourself into the same situation, you would be mistreated as well in case of any problem! “REALLY BAD SERVICE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO WATCHDOG DO YOU REALLY THINK KEEPING EVERYONES MONEY WILL MAKE YOU RICH? YOU WILL FAIL MISREBLY AFTER, YOU HAVE LOST PEOPLES TRUST AND WILL NEVER SEE US REBOOKING WITH YOU. WE ARE KEY WORKERS STUCK IN CRISIS, THE HOLIDAY WAS PRE COVID PLANNED AND NOW BECAUSE OF THE GLOBAL SITUATION YOU ARE TRYING TO PROFIT FROM PEOPLES HARD EARNT CASH. YOU NEED TO BE SUED. HOW DARE YOU TRY TO OFFER £8.32p REFUND FOR 3 PACKAGE FLIGHTS. YOU TAKE THE PISSSSSSS!!!!!! PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING AND YOU CANT DO A SIMPLE REFUND. “This company should not be aloud to operate this way! surely there is some laws about the refund policies. My flights were cancelled by the airline and they are offering me £300 out of £1400 in vouchers not even cash”

“Kiwi.com will return only a small part of the tickets and not in money, but in future credit for buying other tickets from them. It is not our fault that the flight got cancelled from Corona pandemy. It is a scam and they must be forced to return the money in some way. Do you know how we can force them to return the money?”

“Worst company ever !!! They will never help you get anything done if you ever run into a problem. This company is a scam, their customer service is useless, it will take you months and months of hard work to have some sort of coverage or even a dollar back, don’t ever by from them please !”

“my flight from India to Istanbul was cancelled, but flight from Istanbul to israel , is not cancelled. But we can't go to Istanbul because of cancellation, so we can't get on flight on the same day. The airplane ticket is package. I want full refund. I heard from people that they don’t get refund in the end,and don’t give me answer,or tell me that I will get my refund”

“Kiwi is not giving full refunds for cancelled flights even if the airline company does. Instead, they are returning the 20% of the cost of our tickets, not in money, but in credits and they are not even making the request for a refund to the airline.”

“All I ask is to be able to fly again with the booking I already pay for, if the airline is allowing this I don't understand why kiwi is not facilitating it, but rather keeping the money unjustifiably. It's a modern times SCAM, not reliable, not trusty!!! PLS stay away!!!”

“Do not trust kiwi.conThey steal your money they lie to you they are on Facebook and off my messages and you get the same same message they scare people they bully people I’ve never known a company like this I’ve booked a ticket and I’m still waiting for my refund but I want all my money back I take this very personally with this corrupted company because it is I would never ever get on one of them planes they stay they’ve got 10 companies well let’s all get together and take brick by brick and bring this company down my name is Kate Ainsworth they know who I am give me my money back in full all this is going to get worse and worse and worse we will not put up for a company that will steal peoples money that’s what you’ve done to thousands of people name and shame this company”
