I ordered a bra in 34 D (I am 4'11" and weigh 105 - not a bigger sized woman by any sense of the word) I usually wear a 34 D or DD (if bra runs small) - I could not get this bra hooked - it is so small and my boobs muffined over like crazy. I returned it and ordered a 34DD - still small around chest but the cups of the bra are gigantic and under my arms the bra came up to the middle of my arm pit - HORRIBLE DESIGN, HORRIBLE FIT. So I went to return this bra and ordered a pullover sports bra. I was advised to not return the 2nd bra (it will go to the homeless shelter though they will probably throw it away). The pullover sports bra? - SO TIGHT TO PULL ON BUT YET GAPES AROUND THE RIB CAGE AREA: HORRIBLE FIT AGAIN. EVEN THOUGH I PAID THE DIFFERENCE - THIS WHOLE ORDEAL SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT A $0.00 CHARGE!!! Sports bra is also trash: Yes, I kept trying - (slapping my forehead). I WOULD LIKE A REFUND but am sure knix is laughing about that!!
A WASTE OF TIME, A WAST OF MONEY. Will not buy from this company again - NEVER AGAIN.”

“I’ve always wanted to try these and purchased them on a sleepless night spending whim. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! I bought 4 pairs and wore it in my first night (I’m super light on day 1). It leaked by 4am. To give a better understanding, I normally wear an Always pad level 1-2 on day one and only change to be sanitary not because its soaked. I had to get up in the middle of the night to shower and change my underwear AND put on a pad. I wanted almost $150 on this purchase. DO NOT BUY!”
“I bought 5 underwears to help me save on pantiliners. I am 53 and experience a few leaks every now and then. Once i leaked more than normal and it didn’t help. The leak just went thru and was kinda moist on the outside. This is not helpful at all. I don’t feel comfortable having that leak and smelling that all day. I felt unclean and i definitely went back to using pantiliners. What a waste of money!”

“VERY DISSAPOINTING EXPERIENCE. After all the online measuring with their representative, the fitting was incorrect. When I tried to order I was told that there was a sale going on and the merchandise would NOT be returnable, so I waited additional days to order. I frequently order clothing online, and their product took longer than most for delivery. Other companies provide a much easier method for return including labels. Not going to a website to initiate the return. I don't usually comment on my customer experience, but this was disappointing on so many levels, that someone at Knix should be made aware of it.”
“Started wearing my new Knix underwear on the 2nd day of my period (I have a heavy flow). I wore a super overnight pad and the Knix underwear and leaked through within a few hours of sleeping. I was so excited about these and paid $123.35 for 5 or 6 pair. If they worked they’d be worth the investment but they do not 😞 Don’t recommend!!”

“I ordered 3 bras. 1 fit wonderfully the other 2 were not as stated in the description and way too big. When I went to return them, I found they could not be returned due to being "wharehouse sale". I don't recall seeing this, however, the agent stated is clearly shown. I could not even exchange them for the one I liked. I would not recommend this company. I'll go back to Jockey; they have a good return policy.”
