“I have recently ordered 2 bras to wear after breast cancer surgery. It took a while to receive them, but they have been very supportive for daytime and nighttime wear. I ordered a third one on Sept. 28, and got in touch with the company today (Oct. 11) to say that I had not received the order. Customer service via chat took 4 minutes to determine that my order was dropped due to a warehouse problem. What does that mean? I explained how disappointed I am, but still send and I would appreciate expediting the order. After 2 minutes the rep had not replied so I had to end the chat. So, I don't know when I'll ever get this order. So irritated! I don't plan to order again from Knix.”
“I purchased the super absorbency leakproof underwear and wore them on day 4 of my period. My period is normally heavy days 1-3 and light to nonexistent on days 4-6. They were super comfortable but were a total disaster. I was out at dinner when my wife informed me that I had leaked through my clothes, and I had a tampon on as well. Needless to say I was super embarrassed and disappointed that this product was a farce. I bought one pair to try in hopes that the product was what it was described as only to be humiliated.”
“I have a pair of athletic Knix underwear. They end up giving me a wedgie and riging way up my back every time. I have had the product for a while, but not worn/ washed often. The "seamless" edges have delaminated and come loose from the rest of the underwear in the crotch. I contacted them to share that the product has failed, and they asked how I wash it (I was it the same as I do my cheap underwear that has lasted way longer) and said it sounds like I used it enough to justify the damage. I will not be purchasing another product from Knix. They market a quality product, and charge accordingly, but clearly the product they create does not match that, and they don't stand behind it. ”
“Poorly made products and terrible customer service. I asked them for suggestions to fix a bra that was falling apart after less than 2 years. Their reply offered no suggestions but instead stated that I should replace my bras every 8-12 months and then lectured me on how to care for it. (I know how to care for bras, I've been wearing them for more than 20 years and even the cheapest ones have lasted me longer than 2 years) They then proceeded to offer me 15% off my next purchase. Why would I want to make another purchase from a company that sells inferior products and treats their customers so poorly?
I replied to their email that I was disappointed with their response and they never bothered to get back to me.”
“The sizing is off. Their leakproof period underwear is a complete lie. It doesn't absorb anything and caused me a number of accidents. I wrote a review on their website but it didn't show up. Their highly rated reviews on their website seems fake. I don't trust this brand at all. I would never purchase from them again.”
“I just tried posting my first negative review of one of their products (the Catalyst sports bra, which I rated as one star because it pops loose during workouts) and it was never posted to their site. When I inquired as to why it wasn't posted, a customer service rep told me that "not all reviews are posted online for our products." So, they only post the positive reviews, which is why this sports bra that completely malfunctions while doing what you're supposed to do in it, has almost 2,000 positive reviews, because THEY DO NOT POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I find this unethical.”
“You have taken the place of those tasteless Victoria Secret commercials. We know what underwear looks like. We don't need to see it on television. I am a sixty-something who is offended. Please for the sake of decency find another way to market your product. I hope you'll give this some consideration. Signed, Offended”
“I am so disappointed with the bra I purchased. It fits but has zero support! This is a training bra for a 12 year old with no breasts. I can’t believe the price I paid for a bra that claimed to have incredible support. Don’t buy this brand people! Just because it’s expensive doesn’t mean it’s any good! Waste of money”
“Bought a bathing suit in my usual size and also verified with the sizing chart. It is way too snug! The sizing is horrible and it actually makes me look bigger than I am.
I also got swimming shorts for my 14month old son in the size 2T and they are TINY on him!!
I’m so disappointed with my purchase and would never buy anything again.”
“I ordered a bra and 2 pairs of thong underwear. They would not let me exchange the underwear for a different size even though the packages were unopened. I will
never order from this company again.”
“They don't fit. Have not been worn and yet they say that they are unreturnable. I was never informed of this when purchasing. One pair wasn't even taken out of the box. I can't imagine they'll be in business long with that kind of customer service”
“Do not buy this product. It stops NO LEAKAGE. I do not know how this company survives. Probably from one time buyers. Hopefully, everyone will buy these products, find out they are a scam, and not reorder so these people go out of business.”
“Ordered 2 black underwear in size L. Received 2 red in XL. Would’ve preferred a refund or just holding onto money money and wait for a restock. Instead they used me as an opportunity to get rid of unwanted inventory and now I have to waste my time with their annoying and cumbersome return policy. Waste of my time. Terrible, pathetic business and customer service. There are too many competing companies for stupid decisions like this. Company will fail and they deserve it.”
“I feel the same way as the woman who wrote the following below, "Your commercial makes me nauseous everytime it airs .
Cant we leave anything to our thoughts without a full display on words !!!” I wouldn't even try your product based on your advertisements trying to sell me something. Absolutely poor taste in your judgment.”
“Was excited to buy Knixwear, but unfortunately I was disappointed with both products I purchased.
I bought the CoreLove high waisted leakproof underwear. It was $42 CAD for ONE pair. I hoped it would be amazing, but unfortunately the fabric rolls down like a bad pair of nylons, and it’s definitely not seamless on my stomach or bum.
I was also disappointed with the leakproof nursing pads. The material was very uncomfortable when placed directly against my breast. It absorbed the leakage, but it didn’t “wick” it away, so it was like sitting in a wet bathing suit. If it has to be changed as soon as it gets wet, it’s not worth the price for just one set of pads.
The weirdest part of all this is that I cannot leave my review any place on the Knix site. It seems that only glowing reviews are posted, and they go through some sort of vetting process. Wish I noticed this before trusting them with my initial purchase.”
“I'm sorry to write a bad review. I purchased 3 pair or leak proof undies. I purchased my regular size M. The website claims "invisible under anything". I was excited to try them on. They were so tight, they made VISIBLE PANTY LINES. I did not like this. I emailed customer service asking for a refund. Later to find out Knix does not offer refunds on unworn undies. Since I had only worn one pair, I thought I'd be able to return the other two. In the first response Customer Service said to wear the underwear, wash them and they will stretch out. They did not address my question.
After writing back for another refund I mentioned the last three companies I've purchased undies from (Victoria's Secret, Madewell and Thirdlove) all have at least a 30 day refund on unworn product. I think Customer service is subpar, although quick to respond. I also think Knix would be wise to review their return policy.
Sorry for such poor policy.”
