could not put pull on bra due to shoulder issue and find that my purchase is "not eligible" for return. I will never shop here again or recommend these products. There is a reason people shop at Amazon as you can return your purchases without any problems

The fabric is like that of a swimsuit. Absolutely, HORRIBLE. Uncomfortable. I kept just one bra 7 its already stretched out after just 2 wears. I "trusted their wonderful words" about the fabric of their panties and ordered $200 worth. I only opened "just one" package. Now I am stuck with a credit that I must use to buy merchandise with more horrible fabric. They tell you to wear it, wash it and see if you like it. If not, return it. But if something is TOTALLY unopened - then a full return should be made.

"I am delighted with the convenience of returning and exchanging items. I'm also impressed with the quality and fit of the bra. As someone who wears a size 38 E-G depending on the brand, I was pleasantly surprised that the size 8 fit perfectly. It did take two exchanges, but Knix streamlined the process. I'm always on the lookout for retailers that offer both high-quality products and hassle-free returns, especially when items don't fit as expected. Without a doubt, Knix has earned a spot on my list of go-to shops. The size chart leaned towards a size 7+, but that ended up being too small for me."

I have a more than amble bosom. And these bras simply cannot accommodate. I kind of like the fabric. But there is no support or lift what so ever. The girls sag. Not the look I am going for.

I purchased two bras. I normally wear a 2X, but I purchased a 3X just to be safe. They sent me two 4X's and they too small! There is $113.00 down the toilet!

In the last few months I purchased 6 new undergear & 3 out of the 6 are coming apart at the crouch. I only wash them in cold water in the delicate cycle & dry on air only. So I take good care of these items. These underwear you are currently manufacturing are defective. I'm very disappointed to have spent so much money for sub-par goods.

I purchased the Knix Wonder Wings bra and it's still too small after months of wear. The sales person in the store sized me and said x size would work and would stretch out to my body. I still have to use a back strap extender months later, and it's so darn uncomfortable. It's too tight, rolls up on the sides, gapes at the front, and doesn't provide much support. Not worth the money.

Bought 8 pair of underwear 3 months ago and they’re now falling down anytime I move. Even in my sleep! They should last longer than the ones you can buy in a big box store for the price. Never again

I purchased three pair of leakproof panties. They did not work well. I had only tried one pair, the other two were still in their cardboard pouch. I was told I could not return the unworn pairs. I was issued I store credit. So im forced to but another item but if you don't spend $75 you pay $10 shipping. I tried to check out with my $10 reward and my store credit. The site didn't even give me time to enter my store credit. You can't seem to get anyone live on the phone. If I ever get this figured out I will never order from them again and would definitely not recommend.

Purchased the luxe lift pullover bra very unhappy with the fit of bra, difficult to put on and not comfortable to wear. I attempted to wear the bra thinking it just had to get molded to my body shape and might just need more time. However wearing the bra was a mistake and I was not able to get a refund. I should have returned it immediately.

WingWoman bra is ok. The bottom band is starting to lose its shape a bit after two washes. The leakproof bikinis ride up and I have to constantly readjust them. Disappointing as they otherwise feel light and great, no pinching of my legs but as soon as I start walking they ride up.

I just tromped 6 cities and 3 countries in Europe wearing the Luxe Modal Leakproof under knit dresses. They were perfect; breathable, comfortable and leakproof even when descending 5000 duomo steps. Plus they wash up easily in a hotel sink and are dry by morning. I highly recommend.

Very pretty lace bra but seriously scratchy. Straps are very thin and cut into my skin. Straps and the band at the bottom are already twisting even though I just put it on. I had high hopes that the material was going to be really soft but it seems cheap to be this scratchy. I don't know if all the bras are like this or if another style might be softer. The lack of underwire works well though.

The cup size is way too small, but I can't take a bigger band. And it's virtually impossible to return them

I bought panties from Knix (for $250 in total!!) and 2 of them are already in a deplorable state (see photos attached)... The edges are peeling off, they're stretching completely, despite the fact that I always wash them carefully, in the net included when ordering... I'm very surprised, because given the price of the panties, I was hoping they'd last me longer... I've already tried to repair one as best I could (see photo) by sewing the edge back on... but it's still stretching wildly. I have panties that I've been wearing regularly for 5 years that don't show as much wear... And yet I bought them for way less money! What's bothering me is that I've also bought other knickers from you after those pairs, and they will unfortunately suffer the same fate...

Absolute horrendous first order experience. Ordered a bra and set of 3 panties to match. The bra out of the bag was horrible. Looked and felt like it was cut from a piece of thick rubber. It barely had any stretch. I could not get it over my shoulders nor over my hips to pull up. (I am a ladies Medium). Then found out, the items are non-returnable!! Does not mention this anywhere on the site UNLESS you go into the returns tab and read all the fine print. I would have NEVER spent this kind of money knowing you can't return the bra if it doesn't fit!! I am throwing $75 in the trash. Unbelieveable. Quality is questionalbe, customer service is ridiculous.

Good product. Horrid customer service. Twice had problems with redeeming my "rewards". The code showed up in my cart, but the $10 reward that I "earned" by spending big bucks on underwear never got subtracted from the subtotal. Also, was initially charged (twice) $10 for shipping when I should have been charged $5 both times. It is sad, as I like the product, but after dealing with uncaring, uninterested Knix representatives, I unsubscribed from all manner of communication from the company.

I will never buy Knix again. Spent a lot of time in the store getting fitted and then when I wore the bra the straps kept slipping off my shoulders. Also made my boobs sway in a strange way. I shortened the straps but the clips kept sliding down. Have only worn the bra a few times and now it slips up over my breasts. Impossible to wear. I took it back to the store and they were rude and unhelpful. Now I have to take the time to contact customer service online. From the comments I am not optimistic. I was really looking forward to getting a good bra and it turned into the worst purchase I have ever made.
