“I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing from Knix! I had no idea that their sizing was so terrible. I used their sizing chart to order a bra and it was WAY too small!!! The underwear rolls down when I wear it. I shouldn't have fallen for the false advertising, as well as the endorsements from influencers I follow.
I've been successful in exchanges or credits but all other posts on this are right, they DO NOT refund your money. I spent $160 and I'm so disappointed, I could have gotten 3 very good quality bras from victoria secret for that price. BUYER BEWARE!!”
“Hi everyone. I GOT A REFUND!! Here's how I did it: Avoid the "Chat", it's computer generated responses. It'll just get you mad. Instead email them and go for the jugular! I emailed them requesting a return address label because the items are terrible! Well of course there was no response. So I emailed them about every 20 to 30 minutes with a slightly altered message for each. They apparently got sick of me and finally emailed me a return address label!! I dropped it off at the post office yesterday afternoon and this morning my refund, in full was in my account. STOP BEING POLITE!! THEY WILL NEVER RESPOND TO POLITE REQUESTS. GET MAD!!!”
“I purchased knix lace longline bra. It's the worst bra I've ever had the displeasure to put next to my skin! The lace is as soft as steel wool! And, by the way, bras are suppose to lift and separate! This bra smushed my boobs together giving me a very uncomfortable mono-boob!!!
And let's talk about the underwear. I got the cheeky 3 package of every day underwear. They feel like rubber!! And they fit poorly in an uncomfortable manner.
Lastly trying to get a return address label so I can get a refund took me week! I'm so frustrated by this poorly run business!!

“I ordered the lace longline bra. It's awful! The fabric is extremely uncomfortable and feels like brillo. The bra itself does NOT lift and separate! It gives you a mono-boob, an awful, uncomfortable, unattractive mono-boob! I was also told that I could NOT get a refund! We'll see about that!!”

“The biggest draw was that they have virtual fittings to help you get the perfect fit. Tried to book a fitting, instead got an e-mail that because they have a higher than normal volume of bookings they sent me instructions w/a diagram of how to measure myself. I did that same measuring before I ordered the bra. I followed all their instructions about wearing it a lot, so it would learn to conform to my shape. Washing it several times but to no avail. Can only exchange it because I bought it on sale. Sent them a detailed description of how it was fitting me and no response. Will try on my own to make this expensive bra fix me better. Don't advertise a service that you can't provide. You get 1 star because the material is nice. Sorry I didn't read these reviews before I wasted my money.”
“The bra is to small. But the worst part is even washing it over 3 times, it gives me a rash where the straps and around the chest are at. I have other bras made out of the same material and they so not give me an itchy rash.”
“I was so very disappointed with my recent first purchase of a Knix bra. It was the WingWoman Contour Bra. The fit was OK & it didn’t rise up like other wireless bras but there was no definition between my breasts I looked like I had one big uniboob across my chest. 70+ dollars is a lot to pay for a bra that doesn’t work! In addition, I never received my discount. So disappointed!”

“I recently received a knix bra I measured and got the size from size chart which a was a knix size 5 its was way to small. Knix was great and sent me the 6 right away. I was pretty impressed with that part of the process. I got the size 6 and it even smaller than the size 5, Its so small it was very painful trying to put it on. I was unable to do another return this time. I wish I would have been able to wear the bras and would have love giving a wonderful reveiw and been a life time customer but their bras a just way too size.”
