I contacted customer service and they were great (as usual) but I can’t replace my leggings because they are now out of stock. Kailee had been a tremendous help all throughout my exchange process. She helped me find the right size and updated their return policy so I could exchange my final sale items (the underwear I had originally bought simply did not fit).
Then when I got to the end of the return prompts and put in my order for exchange, there was no address to to send back my products. Instead there was a message that simply read, “You don’t need to ship these items. We encourage you to donate your lightly used product or give it to a person in need.” This is AFTER I had confirmed that the products I was returning were still in the original package and had never been worn.
This is EXCEPTIONAL customer service and an incredibly smart business move; I will always get my leakproof underwear from Knix!”
“The leakproof pads are not worth the money. They slide around unless you are wearing tight pants. Went to the washroom and it fell off into the toilet bowel.....it was disgusting!

There are options for a very wide range of body types and sizes. The materials used on the clothing are comfortable and will last for a long time. The best parts though, are the very reasonable prices, the incredibly easy and friendly return policy, and the fantastic customer service.”
“Purchased the Luxelift pullover bra. Very comfortable and very pleased with my purchase. I wear 42C but purchased the XXXXL, the next size up from recommended. Fits me perfectly.
I hope it lasts through washings.

“Delivery was super speedy and they came just in time for my period! It was pretty pricey to get the Mixed Flow Period Kit (two leakproof bikinis, two super leakproof bikinis and a dream short) but it actually IS worth the money. It doesn't feel like wearing a pad at all, it's light and comfy and there's no embarrassing plastic noises. It's also not as messy as wearing tampons-- just put them on and everything's done. I love the fit I got (ordered a large, my typical women's pants size is 10-12). They're soft and I haven't seen or felt any leakage. I'm OBSESSED and never want to wear a pad again!”

“Almost every pair of underwear I own from this company is or has already fallen apart at the seams, both Leakproof and regular. All of the seams are glued and not sewn and so with just a few washes they come apart even while following their care instructions to wash in cold with a light detergent. When I contacted customer support, I was told nothing could be done and they offered me a 15% discount on "future" purchases (like thats going to happen). Absolutely disappointing quality for an over-inflated price. Take your money elsewhere.”
“My preteen's flow is still light, so no problems with leaks just yet. My issue is ODOR. These garments smell horrendous after wear. So awfully bad that I was questioning my daughter about how she felt in case she was suffering from an infection and due to her inexperience with menstruation didn't know it. I could not fathom using them for a heavy flow day without changing them multiple times...which is not the point of this product.”

“I recently purchased quite a few of their leakproof styles ranging from moderate to super absorbency but their website did not have an option to leave a review.
Please do your research before purchasing these whether it be for primary or back up protection. These do not work as advertised. The super absorbency style does an okay job at absorbing but the gusset is super thick and feels like I’m wearing a pad. The medium absorbency style which claims to hold 3 tampons worth is pretty much useless. There is zero absorbency in the gusset and I found myself leaking in less than an hour on my light day.
There are no returns or refunds which is poor business decision on their part. I truly believe that if these are advertised as period underwear but cannot perform as such the buyer should be allowed a partial refund. (Modibodi allows one refund for each new customer.) Plus items that have not been opened should be allowed a refund. Especially since these are not cheap but costing $20-$30 a pair.
I will not be purchasing from Knix again and I also don’t recommend to friends or family.”
“I was so excited to buy the underwear, since I have sensory issues, and I wanted to find a better alternative to pads. Since it included both protection from bladder leaks and period leaks, I was so happy. However, I am extremely disappointed. The underwear starts smelling after just a small amount of time, it feels uncomfortable and wet, and like others said, the front is too short. Luckily, I only wore it this time for bladder protection, as I feel as if I were on my period, I would have leaked immediately. Do NOT buy this, unless you want to waste your time and money.”
“I bought the super leakproof thong and have to wonder if the designers have ever seen female anatomy before. The "leakproof" gusset sits at the front of the underwear and extends maybe halfway back the length of the thong, so it doesn't cover the necessary bits! Where do they think the blood is coming from? What a waste of money.”
